Oh man! We wanted to use this place to transfer dailies from a film we were producing in Portland to Los Angeles everyday. It seemed like an awesome idea and Ed gave us a pretty good rate. It beat sending hard drives through Fed Ex everyday. But then again… that’s what we ended up doing because this place could not get their shit together!
We lost footage (good thing we had made our own backups everyday), they gave us empty drives one day, they switched up our hard drives with another show shooting in Portland. They say they will let you know when your footage is ready for pick up… but EVERY TIME we sent our LA guy to pick up the footage that was ready… he would wait an hour to THREE hours. Sometimes they hadn’t even started the transfer.
Their communication is SUPER BAD all around… even trying to pay the guy, it took three emails for him to send me his address.
We were way safer and better off using Fed Ex than this place which we ended up doing the last week of production and ate the cost we had already dumped in this place.

I’ve had their service for around 5 months, and during the last 3 months there were complete problems back-​to-​back. The speeds weren’t that great for the first two months. During the third month there was complete downtime and they provided a free month of service. For more than half of the forth month there was downtime, and when service was restored I was told all my data had been lost. More downtime occurred and service was recently restored and I refuse to pay the invoice. I got extremely furious and decided to change hosts. Their speeds were much slower than my new one and I am very happy that I switched.
