Dlux Nails

Made an appointment at 10am. Arrived at 10:02 and it has been 15 minutes since I have been helped/​acknowledged. Why bothering booking appointments if your motto is first come, first serve?

Went here for the first time and Got my nails done by Helen. She was so nice and did an excellent job with my nails and brows! Will definitely be coming back!

I am so happy with this place! There are nail salons all over town and mist disappoint. Today, I had some errands to run and happened to see this salon. They were very busy but got me seated quickly.
The gal who did my nails did such a great job! She seemed to be running the place, greeting customers, calling for more nail techs so customers didn’t have to wait long, answering the phone. All the while, doing a fantastic job on my nails!

Have been going to this place on and off for the past few years. Love it. I have a few times went to other places, but always end up going back. My daughter and I both come in together to get our nails done every 2 weeks. The prices are fantastic, the staff is friendly. I never set up an appointment and still get seen no longer than 10 mins. I often drop in on weekday mornings.

Salon and decided I should give it a go while I waited and I’m absolutely happy I did. Walk-​ins are welcome and I only waited 5 minutes which was great. Jade was my nail technician and she did such an amazing job. I was scared at first because this was my first time here (and second time ever getting acrylics) and I had has a horrible experience at a precious nail salon but thankfully I had nothing to worry about. Jade was so attentive to detail and she was very clear with prices. The starter for acrylic is $ 25 which is extremely good, it really is a great price as the service is that of $ 45+. It was an extra 5 for length and a dollar if it’s your first time because they use a nail file and buffer that you bring in for your next appointment. Over all I was extremely pleased with my service and the staff was very friendly and nice and the quality is amazing. The establishment was also very clean and well lite. I would defiantly recommend you to go here you will not be displeases. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would defiantly go again.

Helen, at D’Lux Nails, does all my nail care and waxing. She has an exceptional eye for detail… she is gentle yet very thorough. Helen treats her clients like family. She is flexible with appointment times and very punctual.
She is very clean… takes sanitation seriously.
I adore Helen.. if she is off the day I want an appointments, I wait until she is available.

Today was my first time trying this salon and I was pleasantly surprised. My nail tech Jing (not sure I spelled that right) was wonderful. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she executed it perfectly. She was friendly and efficient, and I plan on going back for sure.

Everyone does a great job, but you just find your favorites! They have a lot of colors for solar nails. And close to 300 colors for shellac that can also go on top of a full set.

This was my 1^st time in the salon. The place is dark, dirty & filthy. I didn’t want to touch anything! My nail lady did a good job, but due to the unkempt appearance of the place I will not return.

I’ve tried many salons in the area and this is my favorite. I think it’s the owner-​she is personable, professional and fun. She has had the same staff for years, which says a lot in this kind of business. We are regulars here for the deluxe pedicure with mint mask. I also get my eyebrows done by Helen. They have everything I want– great service, clean, current magazines, massage chairs, lots of polish selections.

I went yesterday for a fill. they talked me into having a complete set. then i got the $ 31.00 bill. i asked what is the addt’l charge and he said $ 5 to «take off your nails». unbelievable. all nail places include that in the published price; to do otherwise is absurd. i will never go back for this blatant upcharge.
