I have been with Doug Meneley for over 15 years now. Over the years Doug has REALLY come through for me! He and his staff have always been extremely professional in my experience. When the «stuff» has hit the fan (car breaks down, complicated home insurance issues arise, auto accidents as well)…they have always been there to answer my call, and have always helped me resolve the problem quickly and easily! The auto-​sales State Farm stuff can be a bit of a turn off; there have been instances where what they have to offer actually has helped me out though. I wouldn’t have known about $ saving options otherwise. The BIGGEST PLUS OF ALL THOUGH, the rates I have gotten through Doug over the years have been amazing bargain rates. We have recommended friends, and even shopped around at times ourselves… and his rates have always been AWESOME!!! So when you get into a pickle, and you NEED your agent to respond, and you also are looking for very good rates and professional service~go with this office!

Upon looking for house and auto insurance, we came across State Farm and Doug Menely, as well as his office staff, Ann. We couldn’t be happier! Ann was extremely efficient at processing our paperwork, AND friendly — to the point of saying hi to us out-​of-​context at the local vet!
They’re situated in a lovely historic house/​professional building in the center of Sellwood with easy parking.
And, the best part? Their rates were ¹⁄₃ the price of Liberty Mutual.
