My wife called to get an estimate on dry cleaning our down mattress pad. Owner quoted $ 34 – 36. So we took it in last week. When we went to pick it up today the owner said it was a bigger job than he thought and wanted to charge us $ 50! I told him if that were the case we should have been informed prior to the work being performed so we could have decided at that time if we wanted to proceed. I reluctantly settled on paying him $ 45 but in retrospect I don’t think I should have compromised. I certainly will not return as I feel a bit deceived by this owner. I certainly will not recommend this establishment to others and will let my friends and neighbors know this is not a upstanding neighborly way of doing business!

They are the best. Don’t be confused by millennialist reviews that don’t understand the concepts of silks, suits and think every brew pub spill can be cleaned.

Very abrasive!!! I requested a quote for altering my jeans. I thanked him and let him know I was going to double check with another dry cleaner as I am on a budget and want to stick within it. I came back later in the day I was refused service very rudely. Won’t be going back!!! Customers have a right to compare prices before engaging and trusting business for a service.

I brought 5 dresses in for cleaning plus several other items. $ 119 and 6 days later half my stuff wasn’t ready. They hastily threw plastic over the 5 dresses which, when I got them home, realized they had never been cleaned!
Also, I asked if I could bring my own hangers and garment bags in so that I would not have throw away hangers and plastic film (trying to do my part for the environment) and they said no.
Do not go here.

Cleaning is good, they just don’t seem to care wether I come in or not. I have gone to them for months now and they still don’t know my name. Since they don’t do cleaning on-​site, it takes about 4 – 5 days for shirts. Parking is always a problem as they are in the middle of the west moreland shopping district. For the money, I expect a little more…

Been in just once and had a great experience. I called in advance to compare prices against the other dry cleaners on the same block and found that Dral Cleaners was a bit less expensive (at least for what I had).
Minus one star because there was so much packaging waste with my garments when they came back.

Terrible service! The owner is very rude! He shooed me away while I was trying to discuss a stain on my dress. On another occasion, he lost my husband’s shirt and we weren’t compensated. I strongly recommend going elsewhere!
