When people see a line of cars at the drive thru it’s natural to want to go inside and avoid said line. Therefore, you should pay attention to the front counter before it too has a line. Waited around 15 – 20 minutes to order and get food which to me is a tad excessive for a DD. I was also glad I wasn’t intending to order a large order of donuts because they were near empty of donuts. Speaking of orders my friend ordered two donuts and I a steak and egg bagel, both got messed up. My wrap was good though because it was made to order which was nice. However, l was very underwhelmed with my experience as a whole.

Had to add this DD, somehow it slid under the radar. Service thru the drive thru can be very quick, sometimes it is very slow. Always check your bag and drink before leaving… they have been known to give your donut to the guy in the car in front of you… even though he didn’t order one… coffee orders are generally accurate, I tend to order iced coffee with no or light ice(I know… iced coffee with no ice!!! That’s just… coffee) so I can add my own when I get to work… that tends to get messed up and throws some of the drive thru people into a tailspin. If you order an English muffin, get your butter and jelly on the side. Put it on yourself. The jelly they use may break your knife, if they put it on, you will have an unmelted blob on each side of your muffin. Give them a try, they are still a relatively new location. There used to be a Tim Hortons in that location.
