WAY OVERPRICED!!! EcoCab charges a $ 1 per mile premium on all of their fares. The driver does not tell you this when you get in the car. I took a cab from the airport home (typically a $ 20 cab ride for me as I live close) but after the driver put my bags in the car and we were pulling away he says «This is an eco friendly cab and it tends to be a little bit more is that going to be ok?» well did I really have a choice at this point? My bags are already in the trunk & were driving away. I said I guess it is fine thinking maybe $ 5 – 10 more max would be ok this one time. No it was $ 50!!! OUTRAGEOUS! That is not «a little bit more expensive» that’s double! My driver was very kind & personable, the customer service was actually really great! But the cost is a rip off! Ill never take one ever again.

Fantastic!!! I had an UBERx but cancelled when I saw their Teslas parked in front of the Keller. STELLAR service!!! Jason drove me home, and was such a great driver… enthusiastically answering all my Tesla questions. In all my excitement, I left one of my favorite Goorin Bros hats in the car. :(Called the EcoCab number, promptly got Caleb, who helped located the driver. Jason, gave me a call and offered to drop my hat by. Well done EcoCab!!! I look forward to many more rides together!

Don’t take this cab service! Their credit card machine was down and so we tried using both my credit card and my boyfriends credit card and ended up getting charged for both and they also overtipped themselves. I have been trying for three months to get one of the charges reversed. They keep saying they’ll reverse my credit card charge but it has still not happened yet. After several email exchanges with the lady from Eco Cab, she stopped responding. Do not trust this company.

Stay away from this disorganized cab company. I booked a cab several days in advance of a trip to Europe. They sent the cab a day early!!! I then double confirmed that they were going to send a cab on the correct day and time. According to them, everything checked out. Then, because I was nervous I phoned early that morning and was assured again that a cab would be arriving at the correct time. Then, at the time the cab was supposed to be in front of my house I received a phone call telling me that the cab was going to be LATE!!! And, in fact they did show up 20 minutes late. The driver was a nice guy, but that doesn’t offset the lack of confidence I have in this company. Broadway Cab, which has easy online booking, has ALWAYS arrived at my doorstep 15 minutes early. I’m sticking with them.

We happily accidentally grabbed an Ecocab from downtown to home and were pleasantly surprised at how comfy the back seat was, impressed be the console display and overjoyed at our awesome driver. Will use again… tonight

Great service! Request a Tesla. Drivers are nice… dispatcher is very good about keeping in touch.

I called at 3:15 asking for a 3:45 cab… it’s 4:15 and still waiting… THANKS I’M LATE

Yikes! It was a very expensive ride from Milwaukee out to the airport, $ 70 with tip. And I am not impressed by the Tesla electric car, especially the uncomfortable rear seat.
