I LOVE this place! They are professional, courteous and offer samples and can customize any arrangement with the most delicious fresh fruit. It can be chocolate dipped or plain. This is now my go to versus flowers! Just wish you would get a store out east in the Gresham area!

My boyfriend ordered the love bouquet for our one year anniversary while he was overseas! Best gift ever to arrive at my work.

Called in a last minute order for some chocolate-​covered strawberries for New Year’s Eve, and they were ready for pickup in less than 10 minutes! They look beautiful… And I already snuck one before the party and need to restrain myself to save the rest for our guests!

Today I ordered an arrangement online to be delivered for my secretary’s birthday. Unfortunately, the order did not make it there before she left (3 pm). They contacted me and I did not have info with me for her home address. I asked to cancel since it was moot. They were gracious to handle the cancellation and even planned to make the delivery the following morning at no charge. Way to go. Not expected and I appreciate the customer service. Thank you!

Thank you so much for quickly accommodating my last minute request. Everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Plus, they even offered us some dipped apples while we waited.

I just had major surgery and received an arrangement as a Get Well Soon gift. The delivery person was polite and friendly. The fruit was fresh and delicious.
There was a slight challenge because there was no inclination as to who sent me this awesome gift and I wanted to say thanks. I called the location the order originated from and asked who sent the gift to me. They apologized that they couldn’t give me that information but they could call the gift giver and ask them to contact me. Within minutes my phone rang and the giver was revealed.

My first time ordering an arrangement and they were very helpful. Everything was great except when I came to pick up the order. They had incorrect time and instructions and I waited 20 minutes. However, they tried to accommodate and even made me a box of covered strawberries which was nice. The arrangement was beautiful!

I popped in to get information about their products and pricing, as I was seeking a modest and unique thank you gift for an orthodontist office on a job well done. The sales person was articulate, offered suggestions for how I could stay within my budget and still get a great arrangement. I placed an order to pick up the following day. Not only did the arrangement exceed expectations, the different sales person who was just as fantastic as the first, told me that they had samples they’d love my feedback on. My daughter was over the moon, having just gotten her braces off and now able to enjoy gooey treats. We sampled the salted Carmel banana truffles and the Apple truffles– both with dark chocolate. We were beyond impressed with the flavor, texture, and quality of the truffles. I plan on purchasing them for holiday gifts from this location. The shop was clean, I was not oversold, the employees were delightful! 5 big shiny stars!

This was the first location I have ever been to and it was great. The girls that worked there were awesome. I wasn’t able to oder what I wanted because I showed up an hour before close, which made sense. But I was still able to get something that was already prepped in the cooler. Overall great customer service. Definitely coming back for some dipped strawberries and pineapples.

I am located in Los Angeles and ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a friend in Portland as a surprise. My friend wasn’t answering the door and the delivery man didn’t want to leave the arrangement (with chocolate) sitting in the hot sun so they had someone from the store call me to see how I’d like to proceed. Not realizing how hot it was, I told her they could just leave it and she informed me it was a hot day in Portland that she wouldn’t recommend it. With her waiting on the phone I tried to reach my friend to see when she would be home and had no luck. The store representative then offered to have the driver make their other stops then come back later to my friends house to make sure she got it.
I work in the service industry and this really impressed me! It was such great service, and I appreciate them taking my order seriously. I was worried it would be hard to order all the way from California, but they made it a breeze! And my friend received her arrangement and loved it.
Highly recommend!

This is a lie, as I haven’t heard from anyone from this Edible Arrangements location except for the night they told me my order couldn’t be delivered.

Customer service dont own up to their mistakes. Sent the wrong birthday age on the card, publicly displayed for my SO’s co-​workers to see that I got her age wrong… Yeah, no they put the wrong age on the top of the arrangement. I sent images and they still refused to see it was their error. Told me to flip it around. Uh, no. Point is, it’s suppose to show the correct age without me having to «correct THEIR mistake».

It was my birthday, and I was surprised to receive this one from my son living in Arizona. WOW! My mouth just dropped, and it must have been the best gift EVER! I found nothing wrong with the fruits. They’re as fresh and as sweet as can be! They were too much for two people to consume, and I can’t complain about that. .. .so I made smoothie (one of my everyday favorite drinks) but for February? Why not! Anytime is smoothie day as long as they’re fruits at MY HOUSE!. .. .Then I looked @ where they came from, they were just like blocks from where my parents’ house was. I mean, they didn’t come from Arizona, no way Jose! They were bought, cut, shipped right here in my neighborhood! That’s how fresh they were. I could not have done the same arrangement, that good.
Perfect gift for a family, for those who are VEGAN, or not into wine & cheese lovers.

After my previous review I was contacted by the owner Christopher at the beginning of August. He told me how he wants to be a 5 star business and that satisfaction is supposed to be 100% guaranteed. And what he could do to make this review a better.
I gave him my phone number and email as the Unilocal app for iphone doesn’t let you see messages. I got a call on August 6^th by Lisa who I can’t remember is a co owner or a manager. She explained to me that the arrangement my mom had ordered came in a bud vase so it may have just looked small and what could she do to help. Luckily she was able to find the transaction and upgraded to the next size. It was delivered on the 8^th or 9^th and was beautiful as said my gma.
A few reasons why this isn’t upgraded to a 5 star:
1) The woman I got who answered before Lisa was named Mary. She was sort of rude and snooty. Not very professional even after I explained that I wrote a bad review and the owner was trying to contact me.
2) After I talked to my mom I realized she did a phone order. When she chose the cheapest arrangement it was not detailed as to how it would come. My mom expected something like the mug my gma got the second time around. Not a small bud vase. I believe detailed communication is key for a satisfied customer and consumer when placing a phone order.
3) I got a phone call on the day of delievery questioning if my gma was home. She is in a walker and hard of hearing. I asked Mary if he rang the doorbell and she said yes. After I called my gma and called back Mary she had said he left it with the neighbor. Umm Hello… how do you know the neighbor
A) will give it to my gma
B) keep it and pretend nothing was delivered
I know the delivery guy did not ring the doorbell. Before my gpa died years ago a special doorbell was installed and was made loud enough to here it no matter what basically. My gma with her walker got to the door and no one was there then had to open it again once the neighbor did show up.
So…Thank You Christopher & Lisa. Much appreciation goes out to you and your hard work and wanting to make things right!

My wife and I don’t normally celebrate Valentine’s Day, but she had a rough week so I wanted to surprise her at work with an arrangement of chocolate fruit. Since I had to work the whole weekend I bought an arrangement and I wanted them to deliver it to her work, which is kind of complicated so I told them to call me if they had any problems. Later in the day I talked to my wife and she had not received anything. I finally had to ruin the surprise and asked if anyone got an arrangement. No one did. I called them the next day and they had the date set for Feb 20^th not Valentine’s day (she would not even be at work). Not sure how you can get that confused. They offered to deliver it today, but it was really meant to be a surprise, so I asked for a refund instead.
