I’m a first time home buyer and Rich did a great job explaining things to me that I never had heard of before. I felt like I was getting a home ownership 101! I felt like I was in expert hands and can see now with eyes wide open what I need to do to maintain a home and what needs repair. He was thorough, trustworthy and a true expert. The report was professional and the color photos help so much in understanding what I need to do from here. Because of Rich, I know what I need to and if I will buy. Highly recommend his services.

Rich Hogan did a great job for us! We hired him to do a pre-​purchase inspection on a condo we made an offer on. He was prompt, courteous, and thorough. This guy knows what he’s doing! His education in architecture and his experience as a contractor gives him a huge advantage over other inspectors — he understands houses like doctors understand people. He doesn’t just look for symptoms of things that are wrong; he figures out what’s wrong and what’s right, and he gives you a balanced, reliable report. I’m moving forward to purchase the condo he inspected because his answers to my questions made me an informed consumer. I know what’s going to need some work, and I know what’s solid. The condo is solid, and so is Rich. Great service, great prices, great guy — this is the guy I’m going to recommend to friends and family from now on.

Rich from Element Home Inspection was a great home inspector. He was very punctual, thorough, detail oriented, knowledgeable and informative. I would highly recommend him as a home inspector. I was able to easily make an appointment with him and he was very friendly and communicative throughout the process — answering my questions with the necessary detail whenever I asked anything. I received his inspection report promptly the same day, which included all the detail we had discussed in person along with all related photos. He is very professional and definitely went the extra mile to make sure that I was a satisfied client, which I greatly appreciate.
