Elkjer Steven R DMD

Dr. Elkjer has been my dentist for several years. He is very professional and kind. His staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I always enjoy looking at all the magazines! The décor is newly updated and the equipment is state of the art.

The office is new, conveniently located on Beaverton Hillsdale Highway, and very clean. Dr Elkjer is both thorough and gentle. I appreciate that he uses high quality equipment (digital x-​rays, hydro-​cleaning, etc.). He is always willing to discuss dental issues and answer questions, but doesn’t ever try to push you into expensive whitening treatments, etc. His staff have always been great about calling to schedule cleanings/​appointments, and dealing with insurance issues (which can sometimes be a headache). His prices also seem pretty reasonable, and I rarely have to pay out of pocket for services. Appointment availability has also been good — we never have to wait long for an appointment. Our whole family uses his services, including our young son — who actually likes to visit Dr. Elkjer!
