My 12 year old Daughter could have died because of them! ⁸⁄₂₄ her eye Dr saw an issue. Dr sent a referral they never called. ⁸⁄₂₈ Dr sent a 2^nd referral they never called. ⁹⁄₂ Dr referred us to different clinic. ⁹⁄₄ she was seen & sent straight to ER for MRI & spinal tap. She had emergency brain surgery the next morning. I called the office manager Jennifer N she told me I should worry about kid’s health not who dropped the ball. This is the worst thing you can say to Mom in this situation. I asked her to have boss Diane call me she didn’t. A few days later I called & left message for Diane to call she still hasn’t. Kelly a patient advocate contacted me. She didn’t have facts straight or care. She said it takes weeks to get a new patient appointment this is unacceptable. I said something about coming up she said I have no business there. I asked her to have boss call me she didn’t. I called & left message for boss & am still waiting for a call. I tried to contact through Facebook me comments were deleted & I’m blocked from leaving more. If I had waited for them my child could be dead or things much worse. I will never use any OHSU facility.

They did a great job with my son! He was scared and frustrated but the Doctors and students handled him with care. I highly recommend This clinic.

This review is for doctor Lorri Wilson. I’m a mother of a preemie baby. First of all this is a teaching hospital but you do have a choice whether or not a resident sits in on your exam. I was not given that option, she just introduced the resident by first name and informed me she would be sitting in making it three people plus my baby and I in the tiny exam room. The other person in the room held my baby down and forced her pacifier in her mouth the entire time. I asked if that was necessary and stated that I did not like that and my concern was shrugged off. She uses an eye speculum which is not the most gentle way to examine a baby’s eye. Dr Wilson’s bedside manner was cold. She did not bother to take the time to explain to me what she was looking for and instead barked orders at me and used scare tactics when I asked if it was totally necessary for my daughter to be seen in two weeks (preemies have a lot of doc appts we see at least one specialist a week!) Thank goodness my pediatrician gave us a referral for a different eye doctor (see my review for Dr Yu she is a dream come true!). Do not book an appointment with Dr. Lorri Wilson she is awful, she does not treat moms or babies respetcfully and should not be allowed to work with them.
