I recently had my ring appraised by Elizabeth. I was pleasantly surprised. I expected a «stiff» lab setting and instead I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable environment. Elizabeth is very professional and clearly knows her stuff. She took time to explain everything and cleaned my ring to boot. I really enjoyed the experience.
