Excellent sales help, but they carry essentially one brand of chair. You can have a Model T in any color.
I am convinced the other people who reviewed are their relatives, or completely indiscriminate.
You can choose chair A or chair A or for something completely different, chair A.
Chair A is not a bad chair, but didn’t go high enough on my back.

The sales person I worked with, Beth, did a great job of finding several products at a reasonable price. What most impressed me is that I was able to take sample chairs home and try them for a few days. Before spending $ 500+ on any chair, I wanted to be sure it was right for me – an in-​store trial was not enough. Remarkably, Environments was the only high-​end store I tried that would offer home trials.
(Although cheaper desk chairs are available, I have found that buying a top-​quality chair is better both for ergonomics and for the wallet. Chairs made by Herman Miller, Knoll, HAG, or other top manufacturers are more comfortable and stand up far longer than cheap alternatives. So go top rank if you can possibly afford it.)

When you’re ready to have adult office furniture, I mean a real chair that you can sit in all day that has a dozen adjustments and looks great, a real desk, etc, this is where you want to go. Mid– to high-​end furniture requires knowledgeable sales people who can fit the furniture to you and order the right configurations that will give you the best ergonomics. My experience with these folks is they have the goods and they have the knowledge. I believe that they mostly design large commercial office installations, but they were kind enough to take the time and effort to get exactly the right office chair for me. Christi Koenig was the sales consultant I worked with, she did a great job.
