sold me a fake ring with certificate

My husband and I bought an upgrade to my wedding ring at Estate Jewelry. It was about 5 years ago. The customer service was great. I liked how small and personable the store was. I would recommend friends to go check it out!

Great little place! Very fair prices whether you are buying or selling. Very attentive and service oriented family business. If you are looking to be treated fair and not taken advantage of give Estate a shot you won’t be disappointed.

Long time Unilocal user, but created an account mainly to give these folks a review. They helped me design a ring, using an heirloom diamond that had been my grandmother’s. Not only did they do a beautiful job, it was done when they promised it and at half the price that another jeweler wanted to charge me. Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt, I can’t say enough good things about them!

This is a store for people who want the truth. I went in with my rings to get appraised and I wanted some general knowledge about them, because I was going to sell them on Ebay. Even though there was no profit in my transactions for Bob and Cindy, they helped me immensely! They know what they are talking about and are up for an opinion. As I found out on Ebay while selling my rings– what Bob had said was dead-​on correct. Their selection of Antique and vintage jewelry is fabulous and the prices are great. Their matter-​of-​fact service is nice in a jewelry store, I have been swindled by jewelers before (chain stores are lame). I will send everyone I know to Estate Jewelry Co. and I will be back to buy something beautiful! Thank you Bob and Cindy! And for the review about the stolen coin– call the police– they have a ‘pawn officer’ who handles all stolen merchandise that could be pawned, that review is ignorant.

Lost an earring – diamond stud – and Bob matched the diamond and the setting. The process was stress free and saved me from buying a new set. The price was fair and the turn around was less then 24 hours.

Go somewhere else. We had an heirloom golden stolen from our home. We called to see if we might send these people a photo. The person who answered told us that they did not want the public sending things to them. And he said that our chances of recovering our family heirloom as zero. I would never trust someone with that attitude to treat me right if I was selling something. Go somewhere else. There are a lot of very nice buyers.

Went to 2 other places to get a quote on selling my gold. This was by far the best. Seems like a pretty honest guy. I would recommend stopping here when getting quotes to sell yours.

We had a diamond we wanted to reset and some gold to sell, and were trying to make it all come together for a couple of months. We went several places and had very bad experiences, and our luck changed for the better when we went to Estate Jewelry! Cindy was amazing, put us at ease immediately, and let us shop without any pressure. We found the perfect setting for my wedding ring, and they gave us a great deal. After months of looking for our engagement ring, we found the perfect ring! Bob, was amazing. He was so helpful and helped us tremendously. We drove from Seattle because a good friend reccomended his jeweler store. Didn’t have any expectations because we had so many jewelers try to take advantage of us and rip us off. We went everywhere should gone to bob first. We arrived early Sunday morning and Bob had went ahead and set everything out for us with the design we requested. Within 10 min. we found a beautiful platnum pave ring with 1.30 carrot! It was perfect and I didn’t think we we walk out with a ring that day. Bob had set and sized the ring within the hour. I never had the professionalism and friendliness experience like I had here. It was amazing and wonderful experience. Thank you so much Bob. Everyone loved my ring, it’s one of a kind, I was speechless!
