Expert Eyelash Extensions

Josie did a wonderful job on eyelash and brow color for me. She will be a great addition to my long term beauty planning. Who knew you would need a great brow person when you got older? Can’t wait to get a facial from her as well. Loved her client education and bedside manner.

Josie is the best! I had eyelash extensions put in for my wedding a month ago and they still look great! She’s an absolute sweetheart and great at her craft.

I have been a regular customer of Josie’s for well over ten years and in that time have received manicure, pedicure and facial treatments from her. Now, I routinely (once each month) receive pedicure and facial treatments and have been doing this for at least the last five years.
I know that Josie now does lash work. As a man, I do not get that kind of work done but I have seen her work both in her sample book and in person on some of her clients and it looks great. Very natural and certainly very sexy and demure on the women I have seen wearing them. I can only believe that she brings the same «professional perfectionist» attitude to her lash customers.
I can speak for her other services directly so I’ll focus on those.
For facial treatments, Josie has always provided me excellent care tailored to my specific needs. My complexion is wonderful now and I am always mistaken for ten years younger than I actually am. At times, even when it has meant that she has to stay late, if she recognizes that I need a different/​longer treatment to deal with specific trouble, she has always done what’s best for me and my care. I look forward to this session every month and find that it is as relaxing as a full body massage. She uses only the best products in her services (Cellex-​C, Phytomer) and stocks them so that they are available for continuing your regimen with home care.
The pedicures are also wonderful. Being a guy, I don’t really go to show them off but during the summer, I have had women comment on them and ask where I get them done. Not only do they look clean and neat but the treatment goes beyond what I have experienced anywhere else in terms of care and relaxation.
As with her facial treatments, she uncompromisingly practices sterile and safe procedures. I cannot say this of other places where I have received these types of treatments, even at very expensive spas and resorts in the US and abroad.
Josie is always extremely professional and takes her career and business very seriously. If you want excellent care from someone who is attentive, professional and knowledgeable, I would highly recommend you make an appointment with her!

Wow. Josie is a skilled, gentle, and super accommodating eyelash guru.
Having thick, long, natural looking lashes is something I’ve wanted for a long time, especially because I’m often performing on stage and don’t like spending too much time doing my makeup. Having someone use tools and glue so close to one’s eyes is an intimidating prospect, however, so I shopped around for a good while, trying to find the highest quality service and lashes out there.
I found both with Josie. She only uses the best– the Xtreme Lashes line, and they look incredible, even a couple weeks after application. During application, her skill allows her to work so gracefully that it’s surprisingly easy to fall asleep during a session.
Hands down the best in Portland.
