Nice shop, great frames. Many of them unique. Ordering process was great. Very smooth and the people were friendly.
Picking them up however was a different experience. I spent around $ 500 on my cute metallic red glasses. Not the costliest for me but not chump change either. When I picked up the completed glasses I felt like nothing more than an afterthought. They were quickly handed to me, adjusted and that was it. I had to actually ask for a case, wasn’t offered one. Wasn’t offered a cleaning cloth or anything for them. These are minor things but would have completed the experience. With the past three purchases I made at other shops –this was the norm. There weren’t any other customers in the store at the time so it’s not like they were busy.
I also mentioned that the line if site (I wear bi-​vocals) felt very off. I realize there is an adjustment period. This really didn’t feel right. It was quickly dismissed. I asked if I should really give it a week. «Yeah give it a week, that’s not unusual». Would have been nice if they asked specifically what was off or looked at my other glasses to compare.
Won’t be returning.

Just recently moved from out of state and needed to find a new eye doctor. I was debating between Costco because of so many good reviews and Eye Styles to support a new business in my neighborhood. I then decided to go ahead and make an appointment with Eye Styles and couldn’t be happier with my decision. I felt like my eye exam was not just a «get a prescription and sell a pair of glasses», but rather a genuine care for both my eye health and fitting a prescription to exactly what I need. It ended up I was able to get two pairs of glasses for the price I would have expected to pay for one at my old eye doctor, so great service at great prices makes a five star review.
