Kylie was really awesome!
She helped me from being all the way to cutting my Christmas cards for me!
I can be a super big pain in the butt sometimes…
She helped me get my pictures off of my I pad onto their system so I could design the cards.
The process is super easy to use, and the same goes for the computers they have to use.
I spent about $ 70 for 50 greeting cards and 2 custom printed coffee mugs!
Not a bad deal at all.
I wanted my cards the same day so she helped Guide me through the quick print process.
Don’t forget your flash drive!!!
I ended up having to purchase one since I was unable to download straight from my I pad.
The up side to that is now owning the cutest green frog flash drive ever! Hahaha
These guys were great.
My cards look great and was also able to purchase envelopes as well.
I really wish they sold stamps too.
It seems weird that they don’t since they are a shipping company.

I come here for all my business and personal printing needs. The self-​serve print and copy machines can act up depending on the job you request them to fulfill, but if they do, the humans in the shop have always helped me out promptly and I have always walked out happy with the customer service.

Who reviews copy/​print/​shipping stores? Crazy people, right? Well after spending six months of the last year at this location, printing resumes and job applications en masse and shipping sweaters and doughnuts back to Arkansas, I figured these fine folks finally deserved a review. Y’all are amazing. Friendliest staff in town, super helpful & genuine. I feel bad that I can’t remember anyone’s name, but I’ve had a job for a few months now and as they say, I’ve slept since then. One of the workers there even let me know that all the money I was spending on printing resumes was tax deductible. Who knew? Prices are a little high, but it’s still better than having to put up with the BS of owning a printer yourself.

This location has exceeded my expectations on numerous occasions. When time is of the essence, they get the job done! Thanks Summer and the test of the team!

I will never use this place again. I have been a regular user of their self service scanning for the past four years, and today when I had a problem I was basically treated as if I had never been there and that I didn’t know how to use the equipment. The gentleman I spoke with was rude and unpleasant.

It’s handy ’cause it’s close to home. I seem to be spending a lot of time and money here due to a new job. Bryan is one of the main dudes there during Mon. — Fri. He’s a funny guy who tries to sneak in an appropriate joke here and there. The other employees are helpful and one of them is guaranteed to greet you when you walk in — regardless of your eye contact.
Sometimes my projects won’t print on the self service printers, so the employees are there to help complete my job or troubleshoot. Sometimes, it takes a little while — they seem happy to help.
Unfortunately, they don’t ship regular mail — but it’s called FedEx not P.O.
Bathrooms are nice and clean and you can park for free outside. Usually I get an ideal spot.

I was pleasantly surprised by this FedEx! I’ve gone to a few locations when I lived in Brooklyn, and the service was shitty beyond belief, with employees who barely knew how to use computers, let alone print something that looks halfway decent. At this location on 23^rd, I was helped by an employee who had actually studied graphic design, and he really helped me make my resumes look perfect. It is wonderful to go to a place like this where employees are so knowledgable and helpful, and take pride in their work!

My brother mailed me a package from this location to me in Minneapolis. When It was late I called Fed-​ex and they couldn’t tell me where it was. A couple days later they call me to tell me that they reviewed the security camera footage and that it was THROWN IN THE GARBAGE. That is no joke. I’d suggest taking your buisness elsewhere.

I had to ship an art piece to Canada and they took quite a bit of time to make sure it was wrapped correctly for a safe shipment.
Being greeted at the door was a bit creepy, as it is just a FedEx shop, but they are obviously trying.
Unfortunately FedEx screwed the shipment up after leaving, but i don’t blame this location for that.

Perfect for taking care of all those printing and copying needs, not so much for actually mailing things out. I get that they don’t sell stamps here, but I’ve been to multiple UPS and FedEx locations where they can still mail it out for me through their own system. The employee didn’t seem to interested in helping me out with that…

Be sure that YOU carefully check your finished product when picking up, THEY clearly do not.
Location has moved to NW 23^rd and Glisan.
For a more professional experience, I recommend the Minuteman Press on NW Thurman (between 23^rd & 24^th).
