As a former salon owner in Tampa, I am satisfied with the professional hair care you receive at this salon.

I no longer live in Maine and I wish I could come back to visit to have Danielle cut my hair! My hair hasn’t looked nearly as good since I moved, though I have paid a lot more and enjoyed the salon experience a lot less. Danielle I miss you!

I had Danielle cut my hair. Its refreshing to find a place that is not snooty and doesn’t make me feel bad because I want a low-​maintenance cut and only get my hair cut a couple times a year. Also didnt try to sell me products or get me to schedule my next appt «in 6 – 8 weeks» like so many other places I have frequented. Dennis, the owner, charges more and seemed nice as well. Haircut includes a quick scalp massage and hand massage if you are into that kind of thing.
Danielle doesnt let you add tips to your credit care. She was really nice when I told her I didnt have any cash (I gave her the two dollars I had in my wallet) and didnt make me feel bad at all even though I felt really silly and cheap. I guess I am committed to getting another cut with her so I can tip her decently!
Importantly, my hair looks good!!!

I had my hair and my bridesmaids’ hair done by Ferrante for my wedding in August, and they were absolutely wonderful. Danielle did an amazing job with my hair, which is flimsy and doesn’t take to being styled very well — she had it so secure that my updo survived a fairly strenuous dance party without coming undone! I loved my hair and got compliments on it all day and night. My bridesmaids also looked fabulous, and Danielle and her partner were amazing to work with, very flexible and accommodating of doing our hair on-​site at a B&B with less than ideal lighting/​seating/​mirrors. They were great, professional, friendly, and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!

Ferrante’s new location is great! Always a treat to visit this salon. I’ve been seeing Danielle since 2006 and I’ve never been let down. She is definitely a talented stylist and I recommend Danielle to everyone! I saw her most recently just before Christmas and simply told her «chop it all off, I’m sick of long hair» and no sooner did I see long locks of hair fall to the floor. I was nervous at first, but I trust her with my hair and that’s what kept me at ease. I’m happy to say this hair cut was the shortest I’ve ever had it and I’m still enjoying it! It’s always nice to know you can go to the salon, tell your stylist what you think you want, the stylist can interpret what you really want, and you can sit back, relax, and truly enjoy the experience.

Danielle is the only person in the world I would trust with my hair. As a male, we have the hard task of find a place to get our style on at, and Danielle hits it every time, she deals with all of my ridiculous requests.
The Salon is very small and classy, which is nice, there is only one other stylist there (The Owner) who is always available to entertain. The price points are on point with other local areas, but the service and feel of the salon far supposes their competition.
