Excellent service! Very professional staff. We bought two Mercedes here (one 3 years ago and one last month) and are very impressed. I had the new one services, bought a clear shield for it and got the best service I could wish for. Brianna is an excellent service coordinator, when I came to both my appointments, she knew exactly who I was, knew my car, had a driver for me to take me to work and had my car done in only a few hours, and … She even had on both occasions my car dropped off at my work, which means I didn’t have to fight rush hour downtown. Very personalized costumer care and service. I feel welcome and valued.

Best car buying experience ever., honest, easy to work with, and they stand behind their vehicles. Even without a warranty, they take care of little issues that other companies would up charge you for free of charge. Very impressed with their operation. Definitely buying my next car from Freeman as well!

I am writing another review about Freeman’s Service Center. Although I hate having to take my car into the shop, I had to again. Once again I shopped around and Freeman’s Service Department was high competitive. To be honest they weren’t the lowest price around, but very close and giving my past experience I went to them again. The shuttle service is convenient and I known I am getting a fair deal and the best service around. Thanks again to Dennis and everyone at Freeman for another wonderful experience; for me and my car.

Great service, shuttled downtown for the day while car was being worked on. Dennis on the service end was very helpful and informative. On a personal note, Tim the courtesy driver was a genuinely kind enjoyable person to be around. Most people take their job and livelihood for granted, this gentleman does not. Truly a pleasure to be around. Thanks for awesome service and good company.
