She left me crying but I’ve got a beard so it didn’t matter much — the doc was fast and efficient — nice midday tightening tuneup. The tears were of the joy of losing my winter dermis!

Dr. Anderson is very personable and educated in her field. I felt so comfortable in her office. She gave me the best information and I felt confident in her care. I am very happy with my results (I got microdermabrasion and a VI peel). I will be seeing her again.

Dr. JoDee Anderson is simply incredible! She has so many tools at her disposal to address all things beauty and aging, I want it all! I did two sessions of chin fat removal and couldn’t be happier with my results. She made me feel comfortable and helped me understand all of my options. I’ve also gotten injections which the results are beautiful. I appreciate that she recommends different brands based on their specific efficacy for each trouble area. It felt very targeted and thought out!

I was referred to Dr. Anderson by a co worker a couple of months ago. I’ve had a peel and Botox and let me just say what a kind and wonderful person she is! She didn’t push extra products, touched up my Botox AND we are working together to find a solution for my Keratosis Pilaris, (those red bumps on the backs of your arms). The reward system for Botox is awesome! My skin has never looked this good! I leave her office with a big smile every time. She’s warm and so easy to talk to. I’m a regular customer now and will be from now on. Do yourself and your skin a favor and go see her. She’s wonderful!

Dr. Anderson is wonderful! Making appts is super easy online! Came in for Botox treatments for my crows feet, it’s a small quaint office. I’ve had Botox treatments for the past 2 years in California, all of which have been administered by nurses. I was excited to have an appt with an actual Dr. Administering my injections. As I am a nurse myself, I felt extremely comfortable and appreciate her suggestions. I will probably try Dysport next! I barely felt the injections and no bruising 2 days post appt. And the price is extremely affordable and in line with the other spas/​clinics. She even informed me of a points system for Botox, which I’ve never been informed of in my 2 years of receiving injections, so that’s an extra perk! Thank you Doc for being so awesome and can’t wait to see you in 3 months!

I came here today for my first botox treatment. A friend referred me and told me I’d love it and I did! Booking online was super easy; I booked my 11am appt at 9:30am the morning of. JoDee was very nice and thorough. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to me before and during the process. The pain was minimal and the visit was short and sweet. I got a great deal by using the Unilocal voucher. I would highly recommend Fresh Faces RX and I will be back in a few months for more treatments.

Extremely happy with my experiences here. When I first started coming to Fresh Faces Dr. Elizabeth was the aesthetician but since then Dr. JoDee M. Anderson has taken over the business and I’m even more impressed now then ever. You can really tell that she is a genuine person and only has your best interest in mind. She is great at what she does, explains things thoroughly and makes you feel very comfortable during your visit. I don’t have any intentions of going anywhere else for my treatments. She is worth the drive for me.

After hours of researching online wanting to simply improve my skin regimen and enter my 30’s with a frech face and a plan, I found myself at the doors of Fresh Faces. JoDee was a great listener and didn’t try to over sell or push products that I didn’t need. We did inventory of my skin as of today and steps I can take to make it better in the future. Originally I had a plan of a purchasing a in depth skin peel and in reality all I needed was to take the advice of JoDee and got a skin brightening formula and a few other extras. I’m very happy with the results and look forward to my next visit. It feels like visiting with a close girlfriend rather than a doctor. Very comfortable, honest and educational, she knows her stuff!

I can’t believe how impressed I am with Dr JoDee Anderson, both as a Doctor and a human being. There is an art to the muscular skeletal system of the face and Dr JoDee is an artist. She is very patient, calm and gentle which made the appointment almost painless. I have found a Dr whom I completely trust with my face. I wouldn’t go elsewhere. Highly recommended!!!

Service sought: Botox & general skin improvement consultation
I had to find a new esthetician due to a recent move, and checked Unilocal for some guidance. Fresh Faces RX has good reviews & prices, and is within walking distance so I gave it a shot. VERY glad that I did.
My former Doc was good but was just doing Botox and not really helping me get the complexion that I want. Elizabeth is absolutely on par with my former Doc’s needling skills, and far surpassed when it comes to having «the arsenal» of tools and techniques that my skin will require to reverse photo damage, melasma and aging. I have a 3 month treatment plan that I can afford (and I’m on a strict budget), and am excited to see where my complexion is after this period.
I got great value from my visit to this spa and my time with Elizabeth. I feel confident in what she is recommending and look forward to my upcoming treatments!

I’ve been visiting Fresh Faces RX since 2013 and wow! did I luck out the day I rang their doorbell! Elizabeth is the real deal; a licensed Nurse Practitioner with all the smarts, savvy, good humor and sensitivity you could wish for in an Aesthetician. She is an Artist. Always charming, Liz takes time with her clients, never rushes, makes one feel very special indeed. Her prices are competitive and even come in consistently lower than everyone else. Liz listens to you, giving you what you ask for and giving excellent advice when you request it. And last but not least, she’s gorgeous, and she’ll make YOU look gorgeous too. Thank you Fresh Faces RX, see you in about six months!

In an effort to resolve my outstanding complaints, Elizabeth has offered to refund the remaining $ 100 from my service. In compliance with my agreement with her, I am updating this review to advise readers that she has decided to resolve and close this issue. Once I receive the actual refund, I will update my review once more.

Male patient here, late 50’s. I’ve had Botox and laser removal of blemishes performed at my Dermatologist’s offices and Botox from my primary care physician. Fresh Faces performed these two procedures, plus laser removal of prominent veins in my nose and fillers in my ‘frown lines.’ Same products, same techniques, dramatically different results. Dramatically different pain level. Dramatically different personal care and respect. Yes, the cost at Fresh Faces was a bit more, but don’t conflate the price of tools with the value of craftsmanship.
No doubt there’s a lot of self-​image issues in play anytime you make a commitment to have aesthetic work done. Expectations can vary from none to extremely unrealistic. Reviewer «Jennifer A» is correct in surmising that my positive review is a reaction to her negative review, but otherwise not very reflective of the overwhelmingly enthusiastic recommendations that brought me here, that I’ve made to others, and that people I’ve sent have reported back. While I’m surprised that a problem has been reported, you just can’t please everyone — and a Unilocal war is a poor tool to seek resolution. Best of luck to her in realizing her desires. A reasonable and equitable solution is usually available to reasonable and equitable persons.
Meanwhile, we all have to make informed choices regarding who we trust. When I make a recommendation, my own reputation is wrapped up in the abilities of the company or person I’m supporting. That’s why I prefer to keep these things personal, rather than use this sort of fairly anonymous site. I make an exception in this case because the care I and others I sent received was exceptional, and I felt a balanced reporting of the experience was called for. Best bet: ask for references, ask questions, know what’s being done before you commit, and have a solid basis for the range of expectations you impose.

I have gone to Elizabeth for years and have always had a positive experience. Elizabeth explains everything thoroughly and I feel safe and comfortable. Elizabeth discusses the benefits and limitations to every procedure, especially when working within my budget. I have referred numerous friends to Elizabeth because I trust they will be in good hands. Fresh Faces is comparatively priced to other professional medical clinics/​spas, however I would still pay a higher price if it meant going to Elizabeth. There are a few things in life where I’m not concerned about getting a «deal», and my face is one of them!

Every procedure I have had done by Liz was absolutely pleasurable and comfortable. I gave a Fresh Faces gift certificate to my mom for Mother’s Day, I know she will love it!

This place is the best!
I have mild to medium rosacea that has been very painful and embarrassing. I’ve tried many home remedies and pharmaceuticals that did not help. Finally my doctor recommended that I try a series of laser treatments. I have to admit I was a little nervous as I had no idea what to expect. Elizabeth immediately put me at ease upon walking in. I had my first treatment and was very happy about the whole experience. I would definitely come check this place out. It’s not often you find such a kind and knowledgeable person that you can’t wait to come back to.

Thanks to Fresh Faces! Elizabeth’s southern style is warm and welcoming. I just moved back to Portland after living in Austin Texas for the last five years and was looking for a place to have a facial. I found cold and clinical compared to the
spa’s in Texas until I found FRESH FACES. Elizabeth is very professional and highly educated. Her office is clean and is located in the heart of the Pearl District. A great find in Portland Oregon. I highly recommend FRESH FACES.

Love this place! Made to feel comfortable, relaxed and beautiful! Elizabeth is so gentle and does a beautiful job communicating what she is doing, walking me through each step. She takes the time to get to know me and genuinely cares about her patients. I always leave feeling great and my face is much fresher as a result of the beautiful work Elizabeth does :-)
She also goes above and beyond for her patients. My husband just graduated from NP school and she took about an hour out of her busy day to consult with him.
She really treats you like family and I always feel so warm and welcome in her beautiful space in the Pearl. I am forever loyal to Elizabeth! She really is the best there is!
