I have no idea about the service that this company offers, because I’d never, ever use them. I sent an email request for information last evening through their website. I hate feeling like I’m being forced to give out my phone number, but their Unilocal reviews were good, so I punched in my phone number. Big mistake. I received my first call from them at 9:06 this morning. I was working, so I didn’t answer. 9:22 the phone rang again. This time I answered, since there was no message left with the first call, I was worried that someone really needed to get in touch with me. The sales guy was pushy despite me telling him that he was calling at a terrible time. He refused to give me any price into until we could«talk.» He finally agreed to call back after 5. I left me office and when I returned I had missed calls from Frontpoint at 9:39, 10:10, 10:41 and 11:41! Seriously?! I called back at that point and told them never to call again. The sales rep said«okay» and then hung up on me. Thankfully the calls have stopped.

I will make this simple. ITJUSTWORKS!!! Setup was extremely easy, operation even easier. I am going on my 3rd year with FrontpointSecurity and I will not hesitate to renew my contract. Every time there has been a breach, I have been notified immediately.(Only because we forgot to disarm). Great company, I recommend FrontpointSecurity to all my friends.

We love the simplicity of remote log in, arming and disarming from our phone. When we purchased FrontPoint we had a completely installed ADT system. Additionally if the alarm is triggered we get a call first, and if for any reason we are unable to deactivate the alarm we accidently set off we can disarm with the FrontPoint staff on the phone with security answers. We liked the easy to install set up and it freed us from waiting for the alternative companies forcing us to wait at home for a day while they came to install. We prefer our home to not be bombarded with people we don’t know and this installation process gave us this freedom. The only draw back we have had is that on initial setup we were not told that the remote log in feature was an additional $ 10 per month, the first 2 months free. Given the setup/our home we have no other alternative then to use it in this fashion. The company understood our concerns and did provide an additional 2 months of service free while we determined how we would proceed. For the pricepoint it is superior to ADT in that it has better features,(purchasing additional sensors etc are simple and easy to install yourself), the customer service experience in general has been helpful outside of the above mentioned.

Front Point. Simple. Reasonable. Honest. Helpful. I would agree that when it comes to peace of mind, and a system that is user friendly, this is a great outfit.
