Frozone Yogurt

Nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great place. I highly recommend them!!! And the frozen yogurt is yummy!

Good selection, but lacks anything to make it worth the price. The yogurts range from plain tart to mint chip, and all are good, plus the toppings bar has a good selection as well. The space is clean and well kept, and they’re good with the community. The problem is the pricing. Per ounce pricing leads to rates way over comparable ice cream shops, and they don’t really offer anything unique to make it worth the price. The customer service is so so, and the quality is alright, but nothing exceptional.

Love this place! The yogert was so good, and the seclection of toppings excellent.
Also had a chance to meet the owner, he was really friendly.

New owners are awesome. They are taking great pride in this darling yogurt shop. It’s clean and they have great flavors as well as toppings. We are very impressed.
This yogurt shop has had a few owners over the years. Previous owners had us driving a few miles away to a different shop, however these new ones are very attentive and have earned our business back.

I rarely leave reviews but I had to make an exception. From the moment I walked in I was greeted very nicely by both staff members. I was encouraged to sample as many flavors as I desired. All 4 flavors I tried were delicious! I will definitely be returning.

Actually came in here to get frozen yogurt but this place is the best example of what i really dislike about the suburbs. Toys laying around everywhere 2 teenage girls working a register while sitting and barely even acknowledge our existence. I understand this place may not be catered towards me and I am for sure not the typical customer here but at first glance, it looks like a daycare facility instead of a frozen yogurt store. The options of frozen yogurt are also pretty lack luster. 2 of the pumps weren’t even working! The set up was also awkward. They had sampling cups next to a register pilled up not on top of each other like an organized place but loosely in a bowl. You get your sample cups and go get your fro yo sample then you gotta walk to the other side of the store to throw your sample cup out. This place is definitely not a well run establishment and I will not be returning. I’d rather go to the gas station and get a Drumstick ice cream cone.

This yogurt location is a fun kid friendly environment with toys and TVs a place where you can actually sit and let the kids play and have yogurt I would recommend this location because of all the accommodations they’ve made for the kids as well as the fact that it’s located near the Bethany library and they have a very good range of yogurts and toppings. I like that they have a punchcard to keep track turn points as well to earn free yogurt. The size of the shop is an abnormal large size compared to other frozen yogurt locations I visited which is a definite positive place to be able to move around for children as well.

Things changed around a bit since the last time I visit (had a different name too), but the froyo is still delicious and now there’s a ton of stuff to keep you or kids (if you have ‘em) preoccupied. Love that this is such a big froyo shop too, since a lot of the ones in California are tiny in comparison. Tons of space and seating to sprawl around if you need to.

The yogurt was quite tasty and reasonably priced, and the selection good. I didn’t try many of the toppings, but they looked fresh and diverse. The hot fudge and carmel sauces were nice– not too cheap/​sugary (though not the really thick and substantial high-​end equivalents, either).
Alas, my experience was marred by the management not honoring a valid Unilocal coupon or taking any responsibility to fix it going forward: I stopped by because I was offered a coupon for 5 free ounces on my Unilocal app, but when I got to the counter with the activated coupon the owners told me the coupon was invalid. One said it was from the «former owners,» but then the other said it was for their shop but that it was a «mistake.» In my ideal world, they would have still honored it and told me that they would correct the «mistake» on Unilocal,but instead they just told me it was wrong and didn’t seem very interested in correcting the error on Unilocal.I tried to show them the offer on Unilocal so they could see they needed to correct it, but they did not seem interested at all in the misleading advertising. I hope they correct it if they haven’t already– leaves a bad taste in a customer’s mouth to go through what I did (no pun intended). In the end, it wasn’t about the five free ounces per se that bothered me; it was the management’s reaction that left me a little bitter.
So, on the actual frozen yogurt experience, I give four stars. On service, two. Hence, average = three ;)

Well, this is the first time in my life I’ve ever had stale sprinkles. The toppings were all less than something to be desired.
It seemed strange that every flavor was sponsored by Dannon. Most flavors that we tried also had a strange after-​taste.

OK, the tasting cups must be bigger now.
I sampled the ‘Irish Mint’ and ‘Caramel Popcorn’ flavors and liked them both. Yes, they are dense. The ‘Lime Sherbet’ the kiddie tasted ended up too sour. We ordered a green milk tea w/​jelly. We wanted a bubble tea but they were out of tapioca, so got jellies and that, for us, was a mistake. The owner (?) said ‘kids like jellies’ but mine didn’t and neither did I. They were kind of sour and we were not used to the taste. The drink itself was too sweet for us and the texture wasn’t what we expected. Actually, it reminded us of a watery milkshake.
A very good thing about this place is that it has a small play area for toddlers with sofas on the side. I saw a mom reading a book on a sofa while her (?) two children play. That would be a nice way to spend a rainy afternoon.

I agree with the other review by Linsay T. — the frozen yogurt is super dense and icy — honestly it makes it weigh more and makes it cost a bit more to fill the same cup — it is so close to home I wish they would correct this but we will just drive a little further instead for another place. They are friendly and it’s a cute place — tv, couches and a candy table for purchase (fun!) But the bad texture and lacking variety with toppings makes it not worth it. Live to support local — hope they see this and correct the issue!

The yogurt I got here was extremely dense and icy, but the flavors were good. I was also not impressed by their topping selection as I mostly stick to fruit. They had pineapple, honeydew and 3 raspberries. My bf likes the sweeter stuff though so he loves their toppings of candy, brownies and various other sweets. When we went to pay and tried to use the Unilocal check in for 5oz free and the lady just shook her head. I looked at her confused and she said they lowered their prices a few months ago and that offer is really old. Maybe they should take it down then? It’s funny because for lower prices, it was almost $ 13 for the two of our yogurts. My bf’s was on the larger side but nothing huge, mine was average. Overall they were overpriced, the yogurt consistency was off and they don’t have enough healthy topping choices. I also don’t appreciate that they wouldn’t honor their Unilocal offer. I wouldn’t go back unless it’s a last resort.

This place is within walking distance which is a plus. It has stuff to entertain my kiddos which is another plus. The frozen yogurt is tasty and they have a good variety. A little on the spendy side though.

Hello!!! Can I say cross contamination They do a poor job in making sure nuts stay away from other toppings. This is horrible for someone with nut allergies.

This spot is close to my home and thus a fairly regular stop for myself and the kids. Their yogurt is usually a creamy yet firm consistency, which I find ideal. They don’t offer as many flavor choices as some other shops, so it can be hit or miss if they have my favorites available. But I can usually find something I like. Their toppings bar is clean and they have a rotating variety of candy, nuts, fruit, cereal, etc. They do charge more per ounce than most other yogurt stores I’ve visited ($.49), which can add up quickly. But they have regular coupons on the back of my grocery store receipts which helps if you spend a minimum dollar amount. This is a family friendly, tasty, clean, and convenient place to visit when we’re craving some frozen yogurt.

I really enjoyed this place. Very kid friendly, sporting a WII and Disney shows, so if you have kids, this is a cool retreat. You pay by the ounce, which is kind of nice touch, and they have practically any topping you can think to add. The sugar-​free options are limited to 2 selections but they are really tasty and they seem to switch them out with some regularity. I will definitely be revisiting this shop.

This place hosts the world’s smallest tasting cups. Maybe ¼ teaspoon. I think they’re on to me.
I would just sit for 30min refilling my tasting cup until I’ve had my fill, leave ‘em a $ 1 tip, and walk away satisfied knowing I’ve had 10 different flavors of frozen deliciousness for a buck.

We went out for coffee and ended up stopping for yogurt instead. What can I say, I go where my husband and kids want to go.
We used to go to a place like this back in AZ, but it was a tiny little shop in a mall. I immediately liked that there’s actually room to move here and you can walk around the toppings area. I somehow convinced my son that the little pink balls (I’m not sure what they are, tapioca pearls?) are caviar, so now my crazy kid is saying that he likes caviar on his yogurt.
So this is one of those places where you grab a container, chose whatever kids of yogurt flavors you want (I recommend pomegranate/​raspberry) and then you add the toppings from the bar. They charge by weight, so no snacking before paying.
It’s close to home, it’s clean, the worker was friendly, they have a Wii for the kids to play and they have a Unilocal check-​in offer. I’m now a little irked since I’m reading that there is a punch card and I wasn’t offered one. With four yogurts purchased, that would have been nice. Oh well, with this place being so close to my house, I’m quite positive that we’ll be going here again throughout the summer.

This place a AWESOME!!! I am a huge fan of frozen yogurt and this place always has new flavors!!! Their topping selection is great too! Every time I go in there all the employees are so nice and friendly, it is always very clean and it is has big flatscreen tvs!!! My friends and I love hanging out there, I would go there everyday if I could! I really like that they carry Yo Cream brand frozen yogurt! They have really cool punch card system and since I have gone in there so many times, I’m on my third one! If you are in the Portland/​Bethany area you have to check it out. By far the best fro yo place in Bethany area! Can’t wait to go back!

This place is awesome! There yogurt is by far the best I’ve ever had! There store is always so clean and the employes are so polite! They play great music and will gladly change any of their 2 TV’s to the program of your choice. They even have a Wii!
