Gammans Park

Such a cute little neighborhood park! I stumbled upon this place while taking a lengthy neighborhood walk.
This park is pretty small, but it has some old school park play structures. Most importantly, they have a medal slide! I thought for sure they had replaced all of them with the lame plastic ones by now. Medal slides build character darn it.
I could see this park being a nice place to have a picnic on a hot summer day. There are tons of really tall mature trees throughout the park.
Sure there are plenty of more impressive parks in the city, but this one is super cute. Great place to check out if you live near by.
