Gentle Dental

Dr. Zeller and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and quick with a joke or two. (I’ve giggled myself silly through a cleaning!) In addition to the ordinary maintenance work, I’ve received a number of procedures that have been A+. These are great folks that happen to be dental professionals, also. Ask Dr Zeller about bees or coffee and you might learn something new!

Excellent experience from the time I checked in to the time I checked out, everyone was professional, friendly and efficient.

Initially I was going to get my braces done at GD Division but decided not to. I’m glad I choose to go to a private orthodontist instead.
I’m extremely upset with the service there. I paid in full for my braces ahead of time when I went in for records. Got into a conversation w/​the dental assistant about my extractions during one of my other appointments. I had mentioned I was afraid but I plan to be sedated anyways. She told me I was scheduled with a dentist who does not do sedation. However, I shouldn’t be afraid because he can prescribe me a medication that would make me loopy and I won’t remember a thing. I would need to take the med the night before and an hour before the appointment. I was pretty upset already at that point because when I scheduled the appointment I specifically told EVERYONE including the dentist himself that I wanted to be sedated. I had already requested to work half a day on the day of my appointment for my extractions so I couldn’t take any meds. To try to ease me they scheduled an appointment for me the next morning to talk with the dentist personally so that I can get more detail and have the med be prescribed because my appointment was in a couple of days. That day I ended up canceling the appointment and rescheduling w/​an actual oral surgeon. I asked for my refund back because I had to wait over a month before I was able to get in to see an oral surgeon for a consultation before I could actually have the extractions done which would require a separate appointment.
A week later I received my refund but it was $ 300 short so I called the office and asked why I didn’t get the full amount and if that money went towards records. The gal I spoke with told me no and that they were sending me a check in the mail. I wasn’t sure why but I was happy with the response and waited. After waiting several weeks and still didn’t get anything in the mail I called three more times one week after another and was told they would have the manager call me. I still never heard from anyone and it has been maybe almost two months now so I called today and spoke with the office manager and she told me the $ 300 went towards records, x-​ray, and impressions. Sooooo… my question was how come I was told differently in the beginning and why couldn’t someone have told me that the three other times I called. Also why have I not received a statement of some sort showing the summary of charges for the $ 300 charge?
I felt my whole braces experience there was awful. I felt uninformed of the whole process. There were lots of miscommunication as if no one was listening to me.
All in all I do want to mention that staff there are nice including the dentist himself. I love Stephanie the hygienist. She’s super nice and extremely gentle.

My first time at this location. I was preparing for a big trip, needed last minute work done and they accommodated me very soon. Peggy at the desk was very friendly and hospitable. I briefly met Dr. Zeller-​not your typical Dr. He’s so easy going, knowledgable and young spirited! A+++ for this gentle dental. They went above and beyond my expectations! Pricing is remarkable!
