Let me just say that I probably wouldn’t have had a wedding if it wasn’t for Gia. My husband (then fiancé) thought it was ridiculous to have a wedding planner when we can just «plan it ourselves.» I HATE planning anything… it stresses me out to no end.
Luckily the venue we used (the heritage square museum) required that we have a wedding planner so I got my way! I found Gia through «green wedding shoes» and looked at her photos and they were amazing. She contacted me right away and I was really surprised on how affordable her services were. especially because her photographs of the weddings she designed were amazing.
Gia answered every single question I had… day and night. I probably have hundreds of emails to her about stupid things and she explained everything to me. She helped me figure out what I really wanted for my wedding and it was just a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. She handled almost everything. I really don’t know how people plan weddings without a wedding planner like Gia.
I was a little concerned because the vintage rentals we rented were missing some of the things we ordered. Gia immediately contacted the rental company and handled everything and even got me a discount for the trouble. if anything ever went wrong the day off. i was not aware of it. I didn’t want to worry about a thing on my wedding day. and because of Gia. I didn’t have to.
My wedding turned out to be more perfect than I imagined. The design was AMAZING and I got so many compliments on how beautiful it was. The pictures really do not do it justice.
I don’t know what else to say except I couldn’t have gone through it all without the help of Gia. I would highly recommend her to design any event but especially weddings. Thank you Gia!

Gia recently contacted me to work on a desert bridal oasis shoot as a Makeup Artist for the «bride». Gia is very professional and very well organized. She contacted all the vendors, found the models, and made the shoot happen in a short amount of time. I have seen a sneak peek of one of the photos from the shoot and it looks absolutely stunning. I follow her blog and am always finding new and great wedding ideas.– I haven’t been disappointed with an event that she has put on yet. Gia has a fresh outlook on weddings creating a custom & unique look for any and all events. I can’t wait to work with her again!
