Go Green Mobile Auto Detail

I bought a Groupon for a basic detail, and when I called to make the appointment, they immediately tried to up-​sell me. Now, I sort of fell for it, only I didn’t understand that the services were an EXTRA $ 100 not $ 100 total including the Groupon voucher. So, when the serviceman arrived, he and I were both confused, and I ended up settling on the basic detail I’d originally requested.
When finished, the car was very clean, even the cat hair (!) Which is the ONLY reason I am not giving this company 1 star. They did a wonderful job with the actual cleaning.
HOWEVER, the very worst part is this: one of the servicemen BROKE a piece of my car, did not inform me, and left it in the ashtray. Then, when I called the owner, he denied his men could have *possibly* done this, even though it was obvious to me. He asked his guys, called me back and continued to deny everything. I strongly urge you to consider my experience when you schedule a cleaning. I understand accidents do happen, and we are only human, but as a respectful, tipping customer, I deserved to be at the least TOLD about this when it happened.

Easy to make appt by phone. Showed up on time. Car was immaculate when finished. Kevin, who did the work, was professional. Would definitely use them again. Only thing they missed was vacuuming the trunk.

Do Not Use this Group! They showed up in an old beat up Corvair which made me nervous from the beginning. They broke the platic clip on my sunglass holder and refuse to make it right. Go with a better company, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
