Go wireless on Barbur Boulevard is the friendliest store in town. I have often needed assistance with my note 5 and every time I went into the store I received competent help by three of the most patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional men I have encountered in any business. Even if Tim, zan and Kenny had several customers waiting for their assistance, they took the time needed to efficiently serve every single customer. Sometimes I went to the store twice a week, but I always got a cordial greeting and they always said, come back anytime we are here to help you. Verizon is lucky to have such skillful and generous employees.

Always get great service here. I really don’t want too many people to know about this location because there is almost never a line. They always offer me free service before offering to sell anything. Great job crew!

Went in to get an iPhone and got terrific service from Kenny. He went out of his way to find me the best deals and discounts. He was warm, friendly and endlessly patient as I sorted out the different plans available. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I echo all that Emily H. said about him. He’s the real deal and Verizon is lucky to have him representing them. Thanks for everything, Kenny!

Just want to let folks know about the consistently wonderful help I’ve been given by Kenny at this Verizon store location. From getting me in on a great upgrade deal to answering stupid, technophobic questions graciously and with a complete lack of judgment (or attitude), to troubleshooting and solving little issues that crop up as they do, he is always friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and kind. Lucky to have him on this side of town :).

There aren’t enough stars for Chelsea, the manager. After arguing with big Verizon about activating a phone I was planning on getting, Chelsea informed me about an alternative that not only saved me money, but gave me a better phone. She spent 6 hours dealing with us, and was pleasant the entire time, even when she was at the edge of her wits with big Verizon. I’d get her something as a thank you gift, but I wouldn’t even know where to start.

I just finished up at the store and had a wonderful experience. I was helped by Marcos and he could not have been more helpful and pleasant. I came in originally for an iPhone upgrade, which I got, but Marcos also spent over an hour helping me change my plan to get it almost $ 30 cheaper per month. He helped me call in to customer service and walked me through the process. There were a few other customers in the store at the time and he was able to assist multiple customers at a time with ease and without too long of a wait.
I’ve never written a Unilocal review before, but I felt I needed to write one in response to the review by Eric. M. below. I had a completely different experience with the store and with Marcos who was helpful and patient in assisting me.
