We purchased a car from them in June with the condition of rebuilt, like new and all repairs completed. Multiple conversations as to the condition of the car working with the owner of the dealership and was told countless times that the car was in perfect condition. After buying the car 2 months later we had a dash board light come on, due we are located in Seattle we brought into a Subaru dealership and they told us that the catalytic converter was crushed due to a «Catastrophic Accident» and was not covered by the manufacture. This happened prior to our purchase and we had to have it fixed immediately and could not drive it all the way back down to Portland as it could have caused additional damage. We simply asked the dealership to pay at least for the part and they refused. Costly lesson learned on our part, buy only new.

Grand Auto made the process of purchasing a car easy and enjoyable, found the exact car we were looking for for a great price. Waited to write a review until I had a chance to drive the car for a few months and I can confidently say we got a great car! Highly recommend you check out Grand Auto!
