Green Shuttle

Ok– haven’t been in Portland for a few years. So I guess people aren’t as nice as I remembered. Decided to take blue star shuttle from a recommendation, but the bus wasn’t at the stop yet. Told the guy from Green star I was going to wait a few min. But changed my mind 1min later, asked the guy if he was leaving and first he «hushed“me bc he was on the phone and then said, you wait for blue star and drove off. Well you’ll never get my money after that.

TERRIBLE… ALMOST MISSED my FLIGHT!
I should have paid attention to the other bad review on this site. I called two days in advance to reserve a ride from my house to the airport in the early morning at a very specific time. when the car did not arrive I called and was rudely told the driver would be 15 minutes late. 15 minutes later when there was still no car, I called again and was told it would be 15 more minutes. The dispatcher was rude and completely unapologetic. driver finally showed up and called… he was parked a block away, so I had to drag my luggage down the block to find him. he was sweet but spoke very little English and clearly did not know the city. i have taken many shuttles to the airport and hVe never had such a bad and stressful experience. if you are on a schedule I would avoid this service. Radio cab and Simon says have never let me down!

Disgusting. I made a reservation for a shuttle ride in advance, and contacted them 2 more times to confirm my reservation from PDX. When I arrive, there is no green shuttle. Both the PDX taxi assistant and I call Green Shuttle. The connection was so bad I couldn’t understand her except to hear ‘there is no shuttle’. The taxi asst. could not reach them. PDX: Ban Green Shuttle from doing (non-)business at the airport! Thank you

Green Shuttle is the way to get from PDX to where you want to go In Portland! I found this shuttle while wandering around my own neighborhood– a shuttle was parked in front of the driver’s house, so I called the tel # written on the side. From PDX to my house costs $ 16 for 1 person, $ 3 for each additional passenger, if you book 24 hrs in advance, and you can pay with a credit card when you get in! I run a guesthouse and always hook my guests up with Green Shuttle. Other shuttles cost twice as much. One thing to be aware of: you must book in advance, or you will get the Green Cab option which is $ 25 – 30. I’d give it 5 stars if it weren’t for occasional issues with communication (not all the drivers speak English) and a couple of instances of «getting lost». But overall, I love Green Shuttle!
