Found Greg through a RedFin listing in 2012. We were not first time buyers and didn’t need hand holding. We sent a list of MLS # to look at. Everything was fine until Greg almost derailed our closing by reneging on the adjusted commission agreed upon in the contract. We have purchased two rental properties in addition to primary home in last 2 years. We would not and have not used Greg again.

Greg could easily be defined as «cool as a cucumber». Our recent purchase transaction went through quite smoothly, as he was very easy to work with. Even when he had to deal with a difficult repair situation.

Dealt with 10 other mediocre agents in the Portland area then luckily stumbled upon Greg. I was an out of state buyer so it was very important I worked with a competent broker I could trust. I normally don’t write internet reviews, but working with Greg was such an excellent experience – he went the extra mile and deserves a lot of credit for helping me find my dream home.
