This review is for Edmond Gosseling and his team. I came to Ed with minimal time for him to get my loan approved after being let down by another lender. He and the other employees at GR were amazingly efficient. They were able to get the loan pushed through and were incredibly responsive (texting me back in the late evenings and making time for me when I know they were very busy). I am very impressed with their well oiled machine.

Our realtor recommended Guaranteed Rate to us when we mentioned that we wanted to refinance. The application was quick, painless, and clear. They have a really useful tracker on their website that allows you to see your progress through the application process.
They made sure we closed before our rate lock expired, despite having to change the loan a little due to our appraisal value. Closing was smooth and scheduled at our convenience.
Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking to refinance or puchase a new home!
