They no longer serve juice!
They are a vegan and gluten free cart now (as of January 2012). I can’t give them any star rating, as I haven’t tried anything, but I didn’t want to dog them with no stars; since I was forced to rate, gave 5. I didn’t try the food, despite the offering of a sample. Their menu includes a winter spice curry, jambalaya, Hungary stew and side dishes of quinoa pilaf, nutty rice and coco-​dale-​namon. All entrees include a side dish for $ 8.00.

Located across the street from Mother’s Bistro on Stark & 2nd, Healthy Corner is probably my favorite place to go for fresh juice, though, to be fair, the only other place I know of in downtown Portland is the Energy Bar, which I’m not a fan of.
Their juices are relatively affordable ($ 2, $ 4, $ 5 for their 3 sizes) and they’ve got a lot of fruits and veggies to choose from. There’s a lot of combos listed on their menu already, but they’ll make pretty much anything you want. Also on their menu are soup bowls and salads.
The service I’ve had there has always been prompt and cheery, too, so I’ll definitely keep coming back!
