I’ve used Joe on three different occasions and every time he’s exceeded my expectations & I’m pretty hard to please. I’ve looked for many years for a competent handy man that I can count on to do projects because in most cases, you don’t need to hire a contractor. He’s done work all over the inside & outside of the house which includes building decks, painting, replacing siding, plumbing, electrical, replacing fans, etc.
If your looking for a good honest man to help you with projects big or small, Joe is your guy.

Joey’s been here a few times for various smaller tasks — mini-​blind installs, ceiling lights, plumbing, etc. in preparation for us selling our house. He’s always been on time, worked fast and efficiently, charged by the hour and packed quite a bit into that hour (unlike some handymen who look at a job and want to charge for each task separately). He was also able to squeeze in a job at the last minute, which was very helpful. A talented handyman that I’d highly recommend.

When I realized that Joey had inadvertently disconnected my burglar alarm (I had forgot to tell him that it was in the door) he came back and fixed it all — which took over an hour and didn’t want to charge me. He is a good guy.

Joey did a great job converting an oddly shaped closet in our home into a useful, beautiful space. The work he did makes me extremely happy and helps me stay organized. Joey has great craftsmanship, has reasonable rates and was very pleasant to work with.
