This place is an intimate space to do yoga let by some really great teachers. Since its small, classes stay small, so I still get the individual attention I need.

A very nice studio for fans of Forrest Yoga. Greg is an excellent teacher who weaves wonder for his community. All the teachers here are quality.

Portland, OR
Greg led a bachelorette party yoga class for myself and a group of friends. He made the class so fun, accessible to everyone, and very relaxing. I was sore for two days! The studio is adorable and Greg went over the top to make us all feel comfortable, welcomed, and encouraged us to literally stretch ourselves in our practice. He is terrific and I love this studio!

The best yoga teacher I have ever worked with. Willow is amazing. she talks you through poses and helps you achieve the best position for the pose. she is very attentive and a wonderful teacher. I have tried other yoga teachers and they are just not willow!
