If there were options for 0 stars this place would earn it. The employee yelled at me for ordering incorrectly and so much more. I seriously considered throwing the food in her face! I have never been treated worse in my life! I did nothing intending to aggravate her, I don’t know what her problem was! I’m boycotting the company on a whole.

One of the worst places to come for customer service … In say sorry it will be one minute or I will be right with you no one acknowledged us and then stuck out one finger to tell us to hold on … If I could put no stars I would !!

Today, july 28^th my mom went through thier drive through. We ordered a few different breakfast sandwiches, mine was specifically a sepreme croissant. When she arrived home it was a sausage croissant. She drove all the way back to replace the mess up. When she returned she came back with a ultimate breakfast sandwich. I ate it because i was really appreciated her going back but how hard is it to get one sandwich right!
Not only that but about a month ago when my girlfriend and i went through the drive through there was a teenage boy taking my order. The servers name was Even. He was being extremely sarcastic and rude through through the speaker phone. Making crude jokes of what he thought was flirting and funny but i thought was very disrespectful and annoying. I was ordering a milkshake and he pretends to misunderstand me and questions, «What’d you say? Sex me?» And i responded «Excuse me?»
It was borderlne harrassment and i was totally caught off gaurd. Once we arrived to the window my girlfriend was very heated and called him out for disrepecting me and he still went on further to question me and go against what my girlfriend said. It was very disrepctful but still thought it was a funny joke and laughed it off. If i was his manager i would have definitely written him up or fired him. And to top it off we only got 1 straw for our 2 shakes. Not sure it was intentional but makes it hard to a drink milkshake without a straw.

We saw the ad on TV about the «Classic Buttery Jack» and the Buttery Jack with Bacon” burger! So we went and ordered both, they tasted rubbery, no seasoning, luke warm, and have had beef jerky taste better. Don’t waste your time, I love burgers and this was shameful! Look at the lack of juiciness and moister. Really! They probably added pictures that were incased in plastic for the photo shoot!

I’ve been a JIB customer for years. There is a serious consistency issue with this store. I’ve had old stale buns to forgetting the butter on my grilled breakfast sandwich. Dining inside isn’t any better. No place to park, not really clean, condiments not readily available. But I’ll probly go back.

Jessica is the best manager in town and always takes care of her customers!!!
I will be returning to this location time and time again for a quality burger.

I do likeJack In the Box. Where else can you get a steak and egg burrito, egg roll, chicken pita, and two tacos for 99 cents at 3am? (Not that I’d recommend all of that at one time…) Food is not nearly as good as Carl’s Jr but Jacks is closer to my work. Seriously, it’s a place that’s fast, quick, affordable, and has a wide variety of menu items. It’s definitely a step up from McDonald’s and the like, and is definitely better quality fast food. The Oak Grove location is nothing special, but the staff has always been friendly which is always nice. The food will fill you up when your hungry.

The public restroom for Tri-​Met on SE McLoughlin Blvd. And I do mean the bathrooms. One of the last fast food outlets that cooks the burgers to order. I’m always nice and patient with them and they’re always nice back to me. They also have gotten rid of most of their problem employees. Maybe because it is under new owners/​management.

They can’t get and order right. I live down the way from here. I don’t go here often. but every time I do they mess my order up. Just make the fucking food the way i ask for

It’s a jerk in the box what more is there to say except you got to try the crappy taco at 2 for a buck you can’t go wrong just don’t open it and look inside :/
