The doctor and staff are extremely nice and very knowledgable. I went in for a cleaning appt that turned out to be a long visit to take care of all my oral needs. They were great at accommodating me right away and offering things to make me more comfortable since I was anxious. One of the ladies even offered to get me a snack from Starbucks:) they use all digital X-​rays and top of the line equipment. I would highly recommend!

Modern dentistry deserves all five stars. The staff was extremely kind and engaging. A modern yet classic americana warm environment that made the trip to the dentist not so bad. A far cry away from wood-​like wallpaper, crappy kid toys, and fake dusty plants. The visual standards of this place was impressive.
The thing that stood out to me was how nice the dentist was to his assistants, I’ve heard many stories and have witnessed how poorly assistants have been treated in other practices but not Dr. Kowal. He was informative, passionate, caring, and personable. The kind of experience that all doctors should aspire to provide in their own place of practice. Bravo.

Best dentist in Portland hands down. From check in to follow up everything was above and beyond my expectations. To top it off, the office uses all high tech equipment. For the first time in my life I’m not worried about going in for my 6 month check up. Thanks guys!

Dr. Kowal’s practice is just getting started, and with this level of service it won’t be long before they won’t have room for any more patients. I’ve been to a lot of different dentists over the last few years as the result of a move and job and insurance plan changes. This is the cheeriest office I’ve ever seen. It’s clean and new and everyone who works there obviously enjoys what they are doing. As they take on patients, I hope they can continue to be as articulate and careful as they were with me.
They obviously appreciate technology, but this isn’t a flashy operation. They’ve been smart about investing in equipment that is cutting-​edge yet commonly used and benefits the patient. The x-​ray process alone is quicker and more comfortable because of it. It’s these kinds of signals that show the practice is making good decisions, and it appears the thoughtfulness and attention to detail extends to patient care as well.

My husband and I both went here recently. They were offering full x-​rays, dental exam and cleaning for $ 59 and since we don’t have dental insurance right now, this sounded great. We both had such a great experience. The office is so clean and nice and Dr. Kowal was amazing — spent a lot of time on educating us about our teeth and how to keep them healthy. I was really impressed overall and have recommended this practice to everyone!
