Happy to give another 5 star review to Dr. Joe and his team. My first impression of Dr. Joe was that he really, truly cared about making my smile it’s best and communicating that in a way that made me excited about it as well. I’ve had braces twice before (wear your retainers, guys!) and was not thinking about going through that again. Dr Joe’s confidence in not just straightening my teeth but addressing my gum recession and overbite made it a no brainer for me to go for it and make my smile what it always should have been. I got invisaligns which were definitely less obstructive both visually and mechanically and honestly couldn’t be happier. As a health professional myself, I see people all day and want them to see a healthy smile greet them. It’s quite a confidence builder for me too. Go to Dr. Joe to showcase your best asset :)

Getting braces as an adult is a little intimidating. I’m very glad I found Dr. Joe to help me through the experience. I came to him already one year into braces, and he gladly took on my complicated case. His care was very professional and thorough. He explained all my options and told me the pros and cons of various approaches. In the end, I’m very happy with the outcome.
I could stop there, but I have to mention the care put in going above and beyond with every aspect of the business. His staff are amazing. There is a coin based incentive/​reward game built in to encourage kids to actually wear the bands and clean their teeth. It worked on me too. There is an iPad sign in system. The lobby has games.
It is a great experience overall, and I found myself looking forward to visits.

Dr. Jo treated both our sons with great success. I never thought going to the orthodontist is something the kids would look forward to but such was the case. We were treated with the best care from the minute we walked in the door. Dr. Jo stands by his work and wants only the best results. He even corrected my older son’s work after one tooth started to move after treatment at his cost. This the quality service you are looking for when searching for an orthodontist. We are very happy and satisfied customers and have two beautiful smiles to prove it.

My 3 kids all had orthodontia with Dr Joe. His practice is truly exceptional. He thoroughly walked me and my 3 teens through the process and time frame. ²⁄₃ of my my kids had mild hiccups in treatment (my youngest needed bonding and my son’s jaw grew several millimeters in between appts — necessitating a change in treatment and course) — but Dr Joe was fantastic in explaining it to my kids and me. He even did not charge us more for our son’s prolonged treatment! Due to his staff and his efforts, my 3 kids have great looking teeth which they are great at taking care of… All 3 floss, brush and wear their retainers. Additionally Dr Joe and his front staff are great at explaining billing options and working with our insurance. Furthermore, they understand most of his patients are students and do a great job of scheduling most of their appts in early morning or after school.

I have yet to see a bad review for Dr. Joe and there is a reason for that. Him and his office are great! If you need orthodontics, check this place out, you will not regret it. He is kind and takes his time to explain things. The office wait was minimal and the staff are super friendly.

We checked out several local orthodontists, and Dr. Joe was clearly the best choice for my daughter. He was respectful and did not talk down to her (she hates that!), and even managed to talk her through the importance of wearing her headgear every night… an impressive feat! It does sometimes feel like a bit of an assembly line in the office (he has a lot of patients), but I always feel comfortable with his technicians (hygenists? assistants? not sure what the official title of these deft fingered and gentle women is).
I always feel like Dr. Joe takes plenty of time carefully considering our daughters treatment, and he is a great communicator. If something goes awry– broken wire, etc… I can usually get a pop in appointment to fix it the same day.
Office is cheerful and pleasant and just silly enough, with a comfy waiting room. They will be moving to a new building soon, so it remains to be seen what that space is like.
