I used these guys to haul away a king sized mattress and box spring. I purchased a special deal on Angie’s List. I was immediately contacted by them. I spoke to Storm who answered my questions and set up a prompt date for service. Jesse and Gabriel showed up on time, were courteous and made quick work of hauling away our stuff. It was a great experience and I would use them again.

Courteous, prompt, professional. Junk It Store It just cleared an old storage unit, and from booking the appointment through completion of the project I was very happy. The guys removing the junk were energetic and in good spirits, hard workers who seemed not to mind too much the rough job they had to do. Storm was helpful, clear, and direct on the phone. Professional and well organized. Knowledgeable crew and willing to go the extra mile. They donate most of the stuff they take to goodwill or a women’s shelter rather than just tossing it which is preferable to the alternative.

100 to haul away just a futon mattress. Lady explained it was fuel and labor. :(We’d spend 10 bucks tops in gas taking it somewhere ourselves. Had to pass. Way too pricey.

I appreciated that I could feel safe letting them into my home to haul away furniture for donation to a woman’s shelter. The prices are very much worth it and I plan on using their storage units as well. I don’t think I could trust someone with a truck to come into my personal space if they aren’t licensed, bonded and insured because the price for that is the personal safety of my family. Thanks guys!

Affordable, on-​time, friendly – great way to clean out that garage, the old hose caddy that’s rotting in your backyard, and in my case, an ancient fish tank and accessories. I’d also used this company once before, to take out old busted office chairs, lamps, and old picture frames. Highly recommend them.
