Butch came to my house to fix several computer issues. I thought it would take 2 hours, it look a little more than 1 hour– for multiple issues! I was ready to buy a new computer and printer, but he was able to fix both printers –mechanical issue on one, software on another– you know, win7 has 64bit and 32bit and when the updates segmented the two, you can not longer use the universal driver… blah blah blah… not something I can solve myself using Google– believe me, I tried!
He even gave me some tips for future issues, and issues I used to have with my monitor. So now I have things to try when the monitor goes out again, before I call him again to fix it. I’ve used other computer repair places, but Butch is the one I’ll be returning to since the other places couldn’t fix my other issues. My computer is my baby and I need it for light room and photo management, so I can’t let it die so easily.
Price was very competitive and I’m so happy with the work done.
