We’re a small business looking for a reliable CPA. We scheduled a consultation with Ms. Wheeler, arrived on-​time for the appointment, encountered a Receptionist who was unaware of our appointment and Ms. Wheeler was not in. We waited 15 minutes to be told that there was a scheduling challenge and we’d have to reschedule. No one thought to check her appointments and confirm or reschedule with us in advance. Very unimpressive and we chose not to reschedule.
