We do haircuts for men, women and children. We also do perms and specialize in color. All ages are welcome.

History

Established in 2005.

My Hair Salon is located in the Assisted living establishment of Sellwood Landing. I provide services to the residents and have a large clientele in the community. I love working with the seniors and also working with the many people I have been cutting over the years. I have been a hairdresser for thirty years and still love it!

Katie Cuts is my salon. Katie is very skilled at hair coloring, cutting and styling. She gave me my best hair cut ever and continued on. The salon is. decorated with cool whimsical items that make you happy to look at. She has many cute jewelry pieces and beautiful scarves, etc to buy along with wonderful hair products. The salon may be in the same building as an assisted living facility, but Katie definitely knows her stuff, young or senior. I have a feeling that we will have a long, happy relationship.

Katie’s is on busy 17th, but hidden away on the ground floor of Sellwood Landing; her bright red scissors signboard is your only clue. This is a one-​person salon with a steady clientele of women and men, for color and easy-​care cuts, in an interesting setting. Katie is a good listener, a breezy conversationalist, fun to be around, and delivers consistent results at reasonable prices.
