Kern Park Flower Shoppe

Visited the shop looking to purchase a bouquet for my girlfriend. I was greeted warmly upon entrance, and was treated to excellent service. They asked me what I was looking for, the occasion, and my budget. Not being an expert on flowers, they guided me through the decision and what they suggest I do. Once we settled on the plan, they went back to prepare the arrangement. While waiting for the arrangement to be completed, the owner and I shared a great conversation. I learned that this shop has been around for ~100 years, and is still family owned. We talked about the history of the shoppe, and our shared enthusiasm for shopping local.
After about 5 – 10 minutes, my bouquet was complete. The arrangement they put together was beautiful, and exactly what I was looking for. No tricks, or gimmicks. They boxed it up, and I even found an awesome candle, to pair with the flowers. Oh, and my girlfriend loved the flowers!

I really appreciate having a flower shop in my neighborhood. I can walk to flowers! I can buy flowers in the store. I am only giving 4 stars at this point. I usually give 5 stars to flower shop that have full bars.

This my neighborhood Florist. This family-​operated business is friendly, helpful, and affordable.
The shop is small and unassuming. The storefront area isn’t as shmancy and some floral shops, but don’t be fooled! They can do anything any other florist can do, and they will personalize it to you!
