Three words, Chili Cheese Fries!!! I do not eat Krystal’s often but when I do those are a must. Never had a problem with this Krystal’s other then occasionally having to wait longer then I’d want too. I also like the breakfast bowls!!!

Every time I have been here the order has been right and the service was fast and friendly. I am always ordering a lot of food since they have the 5 items for $ 5 deal so that makes 3 deals each time I go and it never seems to take very long at all to receive my food and it’s nice and hot and never has stale or hard bread. Even when visiting an hour before close they were nice and friendly.

8÷28÷2015, Portland Tennessee after Krystal restaurant about 8:00 PM I went through the drive-​through and ordered a combo. With a Dr Pepper soda.
As I approach the window and paid for my food I confirmed with the cashier at the drive-​through was my food being prepared I correctly and she stated yes, so I didn’t think no more of it after twice more before I got my food I checked and again she affirmed it was been made correctly. But when I got home it was not correct.
As seen in the picture I post along with this review I pretty much had a throw my tire food away because one I hate onions too I hate mustard Siri I cannot stand pickles and all I want it was cheese and mayonnaise and that’s it.

I have driven by a few times and saw a sign for the breakfast sandwich. This enticed me to try it. Great marketing! The girl at the window was rude, and you could tell didn’t want to be there. The breakfast sandwich, not good. You ever eat something and think to yourself, this is a horrible idea?

Krystal’s is often compared to White Castle. Their hamburgers are small sliders topped off with diced onions.
I have tried White Castle burgers in NY’s 8^th Avenue location twice now and am NOT a fan. Lets just say if you’re having trouble using the bathroom or are constipated in any way, eat a few White Castle burgers and you’ll find relief very soon.
Whenever we are in TN, my boyfriend makes it a point for us to pay Krystal’s a visit. In my opinion, Krystal burgers taste BETTER than White Castle’s. The bun, cheese, and pickles are very similar for both burger joints. But it’s the MEAT PATTY that makes a Krystal burger better. It actually tastes like meat!
The last time I paid a visit to Krystal’s I decided to try their #14 Combo (Sampler Combo) which includes a:
Original Krystal– The Best! Just get a bunch of these and you’re good.
Krystal Chik– A mini chicken sandwich. The chicken is lightly seasoned and very juicy. I enjoy this more than the Krystal burger.
Chili Cheese Pup– My first time trying THIS menu item. It was a big FAIL. The chili and hot dog tasted old. Bun was stale. The freshest thing on here was the shredded cheese.
Corn Pup– Hard as a rock. It was definitely left in the fryer for too long. It also tasted like it had been fried in old oil.
{Note} I only tried the Chili Cheese Pup and Corn Pup ONCE. We ordered these items 30 mins. before the restaurant was about to CLOSE. This MAY explain why these menu items weren’t the freshest.
{Tip} If you are trying Krystal’s for the first time, stick to their Original Krystal Burger/​Cheeseburger and Krystal Chik.
