Lara is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about food, nutrition and health. She also has a real interest in helping improve the lives of others and her community. I find it refreshing that she takes a critical stance instead of blindly accepting and promoting whatever the trend is. She makes sure that there is science which supports her approach and recommendations. Plus, she’s constantly on top of the latest information on a wide breadth of issues.
Lara is also a very talented cook, who is well-​versed in the use of diverse ingredients. I’ve cooked from several recipes from her collection she uses for her clients — they’ve all been super delicious despite also being healthy and easy to make.
She’s gregarious, hilarious and an all around genuine individual.

I just completed Lara’s Cleanse program — it was fantastic! Lara is so personable, knowledgable, and passionate about health. She provided guidelines that are easy to follow to improve my health without adding more stress. I loved that she gave a lot of explanation WHY and HOW everything works as well as really relatable examples. Lara rocked my world, to the point where I eat kale and enjoy it!

Lara has totally transformed the way I think about health and how it’s connected to life. She’s so knowledgeable about the way that foods and lifestyles affect your overall health, but doesn’t shove her own agenda down your throat. She makes sure to connect what she knows in ways that suit you, and help you! She helped me learn how to cook, which before her had been near impossible, and passed on recipes and tips to aid along the way. Lara is amazing!
