Always a solid meal. Healthy, filling, delish. Prefer to take-out(vs. eat in). Kids and adults are all happy here. A winner for an every-day healthy meal.

My friend has been here many times before and raved. She was right. I had the Bollywood bowl and it was fresh and delicious. Healthy and filling. Really impressive, extensive menu. There were vegetarian and vegan options. Many dishes inspired from different cultures. Yummy and reasonably priced. Recommended!

My favorite place to eat in Portland. Healthy, local and always delicious. Not to mention the good vibes radiating from the space. Recently a meal there led to me performing a MOVING, heartfelt lip sync to «Life Is Worth Living» by the Biebz. If you’re prone to expressing your emotions via lip sync then consider this your warning. Biebs is waiting. Send me vids!

Healthy, delicious, nutritious and delicious dishes served for any dietary requirements. Are you a carnivore? Are you an omnivore? Vegan? Gluten-free? On the Paleo diet? Then ya-all gotta try it. LP is located in the grandiose, well preserved, LEED certified, Eco-Trust building. Nice open and airy. Located with other shops like Patagonia and eateries like Hot Lips Pizza. It’s a cool spot to come in and chill and definitely get your fill. LP is particular about sustainability and sourcing. Quality ingredients prepared well to taste scrumptious! Good grub to feed the tub. I recommend the Korean bowl with pasture raised beef, guaranteed no corn or grains. I am a meat eater. But I also love the hearty Vegan chili which was so delicious on a cold day. And the mucho buenos nachos really rock my taste!

I eat at Laughing Planet probably 5 days out of the week because they have great options for vegans and delicious combinations. However, I have never been to a restaurant more inconsistent. Most times, my sauce or dressing or extra guacamole that I ordered and paid for is forgotten and I have to go back or my meal just doesn’t come with a part of what is advertised. It’s very frustrating. I love the food when it is made correctly so I’ll continue to eat there but I’m hoping the consistency will improve eventually.

When my carnivore husband wants to go out for vegetables it’s like hell has frozen over. We were new in town and found this place thru Unilocal, not realizing at the time that it’s a smallish local chain. All their options look so good, but we each decided to have a bowl. Not disappointed in any way. Tons of flavor! Good-sized portions for less than $ 10 each. Great outdoor seating at this location. We came in on a weekend for a late lunch and it was nice and quiet. My husband hasnt had another veggie craving in a while, but I know where we’ll head when he does.

I will never eat at this restaurant, some of the employees are less than stellar. Most definitely would never have an event catered by these people.

I’ve long been a fan of Laughing Planet’s healthy, yummy burritos themed after South American revolutionaries and such. My boys have always loved them for the dinosaurs. I won’t go so far as to say Laughing Planet makes the best burrito in town(their salsa is good but there are better:), but the service here is by all accounts the friendliest. My boys are picky, and I’m used to telling them no, I will not order you a whole new dish because you won’t eat the tomatoes. But one of the staff here heard my middle son, who has Aspergers, refuse the tomatoes very matter-of-factly and she went above and beyond to accommodate him. She was amazing and this is now my favorite place to hang out on the patio trying to convince my children to act at least half civilized while I, for one, eat my vegetables.

Staff is always friendly. Though, I was pretty disappointed by my lunch I got there today. This is the second time I’ve ordered a quesadilla from here. Both times there are little to no cheese and mostly whatever comes on it. My Popeye quesadilla was basically a spinachadilla. And my grilled vegi quesadilla had weird vegetables on it that I’ve never seen on one before, and almost all vegi’s and a tiny amount of cheese. The one thing I’ve gotten from here that I liked was the Thai bowl. Other then that, I don’t think I’ll ever order a quesadilla again. Too expensive to be disappointed.

The bowls and chili are darned good but the cooks need to go back to burrito school. My green chile burrito fell apart about 1⁄3 of the way down so I had to eat the rest of it with a fork.

The food was fresh, came out at a great temperature… We had chips and guacamole with an excellent salsa(made with ginger!). my kale and Greek yogurt salad was okay, didn’t have any substantial taste. The quesadilla with pick hit the spot, My fruit tea was perfection. He atmosphere outside was great, casual relaxing bench seating

Only great things to say about my experience here :-) All if my questions were answered and with such patience! I ordered the Bubba Burrito. It was so delicious and I’ll get it next time. …Chipotles BBQ sauce mmmm Good with chicken, beans, cheese, Brown rice, and tomatoes $ 6.95 Quick service 5 minutes

Really disappointing. I saw the board advertising the weekly dish, a Lebanese concoction that sounded flavorful and well spiced. I ordered it with the lamb shoulder. Even though it was a little pricey for lunch, I figured it would be worth it and was very excited. After waiting over twenty minutes, even with an empty dining room, what I received was bland and completely underwhelming. Not only was the portion tiny, but there was no flavor at all. Even the lamb which in traditional Lebanese cuisine is the most flavorful part of a dish was bland and mushy. I typically patronize the Hot Lips Pizza across the hall but today I decided to change it up because I saw the Lebanese option and I am a big fan of that style of cuisine. I should have just stuck to pizza, and I probably will from now on.

This place is Portland in a nutshell. Social consciousness overloaded. Lots of flavors. Not too much meat. In a bowl. With a beer on the side. The flavors are diverse. Lots of asian-fusion concoctions that are tasty. I recommend trying a featured special, which might just surprise you into picking up a flavor you wouldn’t have tried before. Take your food over to the park across the street and enjoy!

Superb food, great stewards as far as social consciousness. We were staying nearby and got take-out. A really good smoothie, okay chips, a delicious Zappatista Salad, some amazing African peanut soup, a Cuban Bowl(how can you go wrong with sweet potatoes, plantains, and black beans?), and a Soylent Green bowl(sautéed kale and steamed broccoli on a bed of quinoa topped with house-marinated tempeh and chimichurri sauce). Plus plastic dinosaurs, washed twice daily!

Every time I come here I get great service, most of the food I have is equally as good. Some of the burritos are pretty basic. Today I have the taco sampler, I highly recommend the pork ones, they are on point!

It was o.k. Not the best burritos I have had. My kids had pizza across the way at HOT lips and their food was much better

I love this place! I have been to the locations in Eugene many times but this was my first experience at this spot. It was clean and I received quick and friendly service. I got the Bollywood Bowl this time but I have ordered other burritos and bowls and have never been disappointed. When I’m trying to eat extra healthy I will swap out the rice for steamed kale which is a nice(and also yummy) option. All and all I’m always happy with what I get at Laughing Planet :)

I went here before Veggie Grill. I had their Kombucha which was on tap and the Winter Bowl with Tempeh. Both were really good. The Kombucha had a unique but good taste. The winter bowl had Brussel sprouts, yams, and a bbq sauce that paired nicely. The establishment was clean and the service was good.
