Awful — she sent me on many tests but rarely if ever gave me the results. I had a major cardiological test done and left 3 messages — never got a response.
I gave her symptoms of pains and she sent me for tests — just a test mill, no results.
I got fed up with this lousy service and am moving to a new doctor (who by the way solved my major problem in ONE visit, no tests necessary) but it’s been over 3 months and this unprofessional office has yet to send my files after 3 requests.
This office is terrible.

Dr. Le was very friendly and really seemed to care about helping me with my health concerns. She ordered several tests and I went along, thinking they were covered by my insurance. I found out later that they weren’t, when I received a bill in the mail. I’ve had many other tests done from other providers and never received a bill for more that $ 20. Dr. Le seemed like a nice doctor but bottom line, I can’t afford to see her and pay out of pocket on top of what I’m paying for health insurance.

Dr. Le is exceptional. She knows an impressive amount of detail about everything from foot injuries to psychiatry. Her personality is very sweet and she genuinely does care about her patients. While Dr. Le is well-​versed about medications, she is also a proponent of healthy alternatives and will give you great suggestions for your condition.

Ugh. I should’ve believed the other reviewer about billing issues.
I had spoken to Dr. Le about only having the preventative care procedures that were fully covered by my insurance company and was VERY specific about what I needed because the costs would be coming out of my pocket if not followed since I was under a high deductible insurance plan (like most people nowadays). Dr. Le proceeded to order several tests that weren’t covered or and not exactly what I had asked for. After about 6 months, I got sick of trying to fight the charges and decided to just find a better, more professional doctor who is mindful about their patients instead.
She was nice at the time, but I won’t go back. I won’t make that mistake again.

The day after I posted this review Dr. Le’s office found my file, called me to explain that the person in billing I’d originally talked to was no longer there, and talked to the doctor who reduced the fee for the «surgery.»
I do very much appreciate the call but would have appreciated it more if it would have come in September of last year…
