I am flustered as I had dropped my car off to have my breaks serviced when they first opened at 8 am, it is now 4 pm and still not completed. I called before leaving work to pick it up «yeah, should be done in 30 minutes»… even more frustrating is I had to catch a ride to come here to sit on my butt! You lied to me and wasted my time! Bad customer service!

I’ve had a few rocky experiences here, but over the 20+ years I’ve been coming, they’ve always ultimately done the right thing. My latest visit lasted less than an hour, and I happily drove away with four brand new tires.

My tire was leaking air because there were some screws in it. I needed to get it fixed, so I stopped by Les Schwab to have them look at it. When I pulled into the parking lot, a man ran out to greet me and when I told him the problem, he said that they would take care of it. He took my keys and pulled my car into one of the bays and within a few minutes they had fixed my tire and I didn’t have to pay anything for it and they were very friendly and cheerful and I was on my way within a matter of minutes. They were very friendly, professional, and courteous. I will definitely be going back.

Long story short, we had gotten a flat tire and on our way to Les Schab, the car we were in had gotten a flat tire as well. They gave us a discount on both tires, changed the tire on one of the vehicles and let us borrow a bolt screw for the other. Great service and I’m extremely thankful. Will definitely be coming back!

Customer service doesn’t get any better than this. All of the tires, on all of my vehicles have have been from Les Schwab since I moved here 13 years ago.
They honor their warranties, the service is fast and Ross knows how to take care of his customers. I highly recommend Les Schwab tires — especially the store on 122^nd.
(Oh — and the Toyo Proxes T1 Sports that Ross suggested for the M3 are the best street/​track tire I have ever had on my car.) Thank you!

So while driving through town yesterday my flat tire light came on so had to find a tire place close to where I was and this happened to be the place. So I told them the issue and I was given two choices. 1) have them check the tires air and send me on the way, or 2) they could do a work order and check my tires to make sure there was not a nail or something in the tire. So I elected to wait and have them do it right. Especially since I still had two hours of driving to do. So I waited and waited and I could not help noticing they helped someone else’s tire issue, that came in after me, before mine, but with respect to that i still waited about an hour and a half before they got to my car. They drove my car into the shop, put air in the tires and immediately told me there is nothing wrong other than my tire pressure was all out of whack. I said that maybe the reason for this was I had a screw or nail in the tire. They said they didn’t think so but advised me if my tire light comes on again, I should once again get it checked. I said really? But they ensured me I had nothing wrong. Well guess what, down the road I go, miles from anywhere and the flat starts again. And after an easy inspection I could see there was a screw in the tire. Really? Not only did they take others before me, make me wait for over an hour, they failed to, at the very least do a visible check in which they would have easily seen and/​or feel the giant screw head in the tire. I will never go back there. Well at least I hope I won’t have too. But if I have to, ill make my own inspection prior to them looking at my tires, so I can tell the so called professional tire people where the problem is exactly with my tires.

I recently purchased four new tires for my Jetta, when I returned to pick up my car I was informed that I was in need of a front end alignment and that all four of my shocks were leaking. Sooooo, I decided to take my car to my mechanic for a second opinion. AND you did it once again… NONE OF MY SHOCKS ARE LEAKING AND I DON’T NEED A FRONT END ALIGNMENT! I have always purchased tires from your company and probably will continue but maybe you should just stick to what you do best.

I noticed a suspicious bulge on one of my tires. I was just a mile or so away from Les Schwab so I dropped in for an opinion.
They didn’t run out to greet me, but they did run out to grab my car for servicing. Bad news was that the tire was FUBAR (separation). Good news was that they had a used (slightly narrower-​width) tire for sale.
I had them inspect my brakes and suspension and mount the used tire to my car. At $ 35 for the tire only, this was a very good deal. The replacement looked «new — slightly used» and would keep me from mounting the mph-​limited emergency tire on the car.
I had them put the broken tire in the trunk as its still under warranty. Unfortunately it is a special order through another business and I won’t see the replacement for a week or two.

I went in to have my brakes done. I was told that they would require me to buy new tires if they were to work on my brakes. Not interested. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Taking my business elsewhere.

Need to fix a flat or leeking tire? Don’t go anywhere else! I tryed to get a slow leek fixed at a Fitestone store by my husbands work. It would have been almost $ 15 for the repair, but according to them, the repair was too extensive to be covered by the $ 15. Les Schwab, no prob, AND IT WAS FREE! I have used this service for even non-​Les Schwab tires with still no charge.

Everyone in the northwest knows the commercials, and I’ve been using these guys forever for tires because:
Free flat repair, Free balancing/​rotating/​air checks, and their stores are EVERYWHERE
BUT, there are some serious cons that I’ve been increasingly dissatisfied with:
* Consistently long wait (unless you get there super early, expect a long line & at least 45−60+ min wait
* Overpriced — depending on what you get; I got my general tires & snow tires for my honda civic from them and they weren’t horribly overpriced, but when going back to add wheels to my extra set of tires, their original quote of $ 42/​wheel ballooned (should be ~$ 170) ballooned to $ 325+ with charging for lug nuts, & balancing/​install fees that they never mentioned up front.
BE SURE TO GET A FULL/​EXACT PRICE QUOTE UP FRONT and shop around!!!
* Closed on sundays
* Quality compromised for speed (they get busy, and it’s a delicate balance of speed/quality…but when getting my brakes changed by my local brake shop (which is awesome… see my review of Cooke’s), they made it clear that Les Schwab had tightened my bolts differently & placed the wheel balance weights incorrectly causing wheel shaking @high speeds! 2 rookie mistakes that I wouldn’t expect them to make.
I’ll continue to use LS due to their convenient locations, but if I find a better local alternative, i’m ready to find something better!!!

We received a call from the manager who was concerned about our experience. He kept saying that auto repair is like a dentist visit and unexpected repairs crop up. Our visit at Les Schwab was not like a regular dentist visit; our dentist would warn us if unexpected repairs would crop up. The Les Schwab specialist was originally so adamant that based on his experience only a singular repair was needed to remedy the situation. After Les Schwab, we went to our Honda dealer who said the repair from Les Schwab was unnecessary and completed the remaining repair at no cost.
