They were not only able to compensate me for the mistakes made last year when I filed. Above and beyond wonderful customer service I come to expect in such a confusing process Thank you to Heidi and Dave for making it right. I will continue to return to do my taxes with this company. They proved not only do they get your taxes done quickly and catch mistakes I didn’t notice. But the person to person customer service was 5 stars.

I was pretty worried about my taxes. Hadn’t filed for several years. They didn’t judge me. Worked out a deal for multiple year discount. Relaxed environment, not sterile like another big company. Got taxes done quickly, gave me some suggestions for record keeping. Got g back, will recommend to friends.

I saw one of their statue of liberty sign wavers and decided to try them out. Great service! The front desk is friendly and bilingual. The accounting staff is also friendly and made my tax mess easy to understand. I have nothing but good things to say!
