Lisa Tongel, Licensed Acupuncturist

Lisa is such a gift. I went to her at a very low time in my life and she made all the difference in the world. I always feel safe, cared for, and truly listened to in our sessions. Lisa is compassionate, insightful, smart and very professional. After my treatments, I feel calm, positive, peaceful and uplifted. I’ve been to other acupuncturists in the past, but she is BY FAR the most gifted and amazing practitioner that I have ever worked with. There are so many acupuncturists in Portland, but Lisa is in a league of her own. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her– I would highly, highly recommend her!

I’ve treated with Lisa Tongel on and off for over 10 years. (Off when I am not in need of treatment and On when I am.) I have followed her from A Woman’s Time, to Blue Sky and now to her own beautiful office in NE Portland because she is simply, the best.
I have had acupuncture with other practitioners over the years (prior to Lisa — I used to manage a Naturopathic practice) and no one gets the results with me that Lisa does. She is thorough, kind and really listens — like no one I’ve ever encountered before and if you are going through something physically, that you can’t figure out, don’t worry she will help you figure it out.
She is very woman– focused and has a specialty in fertility. I actually saw her after the difficult birth of my son and she helped me so much. I know that when I need her, she’ll be there and I feel confident that she will always be able to help me get back on track.
