It’s a bright, clean café-style eatery with about a dozen tables. Service was prompt and the 2 guys were nice. Food was yummy. The parking lot is very small, so park on the street. There’s a small fee for credit card payment on bills less than $ 10. I would eat here again.

FORTHEFOOD: I had # 21 and it was all right. If this place was somewhere other than on 82nd Ave… I would have given more stars but there are much better Vietnamese restaurants on 82nd. FORTHESERVICE: There was only one waitress, she was also the cashier and probably does everything else. too. She walked by my empty glass more than 5 times, didn’t care to refill it. I finally had to ask her. SIGH!!!

My Vietnamese wife and I(I’m white) came in for lunch and we both had the best lunch ever! It was real Vietnamese food and very good! The price was also good as most Vietnamese places are.

Giant sized portions and low prices! Loved my choice. They had so much to choose from it was hard to make my pick, I ended up choosing #41 and my other half ordered #44 and we both left with a Togo box. The fried tofu appetizer was great first time I’ve ordered them and they haven’t come out greasy! Will definitely be back, after your meal walk it off next door at the Hong Phat food center and make it a date night:)

I don’t know what happened to my initial review that was left seven months ago and now mysteriously disappeared, but this place deserves a lot of credit. I’m a regular here and have always received great service and delicious food. I frequently get bubble smoothies which are far better than any place I’ve had them before. They’re made with real fruit. The soups are not only delicious but there’s a lot more variety of meat and veggies than I have gotten at any other restaurant I’ve been to. The atmosphere is pleasant and the music is different every time I go which I enjoy. Even if I’m not feeling that hungry or I want to have a slim lunch during work I can just stop by for some ready made spring rolls to go. It’s for sure my favorite lunch hour place.

I love this place so far. The menu is a perfect size, the lemongrass chicken is amazing, and there are macaroons of just about every color. I’ve been here twice and both times found the service to be excellent. Check it out!

Great authentic Vietnamese style dining. Very reasonable prices with large servings. No ETOH otherwise would have been closer to 5 stars. Very clean restaurant and fast and efficient service.

I deliver food for a living so I see kitchens all day and there’s is the best I’ve seen. Cleanest and most well organized by far. The food smelled incredible and the staff were extremely pleasant. I plan to eat here as soon as possible.

Stop by Little Saigon Noodles & Grill! for lunch or dinner. I was very happy to discover this place during my last trip to Oregon. We really enjoyed our dining experience here. Little Saigon Noodles & Grill is a very nice, clean, fairly new Vietnamese restaurant. I love the décor of this place, the photos of Vietnam on the wall, the plants, love the tables & chairs, the restrooms are clean, great customer service, & there is a grocery area in the front of restaurant if you need to pick up groceries. They also have macaroons, Vietnamese dessert, steam pork rolls, Chinese sausage, and many other items for sell. Note: PHO is not available at this restaurant, but they do have lots of other great choices on the menu. The prices are are very reasonable & no tax!(I’m from Hawaii, no tax is a dream come true) Since I didn’t eat Bung Rieu(crab soup) for a long time, I ordered this– which was very refreshing with all the fixings!(steam pork, crab loaf, fried tofu, shrimp, tomatoes, & the veggies.(7.95) portion are just right. I love the soup! This hit the spot.!! Tip: ask for satay(homemade chili sauce) — if you want to spice it up! My other half ordered the grilled pork chops with shredded pork & egg. This was excellent & he enjoyed it. The Nem Nuong Cuon(pork rolls) and Cha Gio(egg rolls) is really delicious, at 3.95 per order, this is cheap! The Thai Tea at just 2.00 was perfect after our meal. Refreshing & made just right.!! The day before my flight, I stopped by to grab pork rolls(cha lua) to bring back to Hawaii. Fried or steamed with or without pepper/cost 5.50 per rolls. The mini ones are 2.50. Overall, a great dining experience and worth coming back. Give Little Saigon Noodles & Grill a try and make them your Favorite Vietnamese restaurant! 2016 #16/100 challenge

I stopped by today and I love it! It’s a very quaint and clean restaurant. Small but easy to understand menu with the basic Vietnamese dishes that is great for beginners. The staff was friendly and spoke English which is always nice for a Hapa(half white kid) like me.

Ordered Bön Rieu. Decent size bowl for $ 7.95. Plenty of fresh vegetables on the side dish. The flavor is good and what I would expect. It has tofu, meatballs and cha lua. I would have given a 4 stars if the meatballs taste good. I would rather smaller meatball with more eggs blended with the meatballs. I think that would be perfect. Restaurant is really clean and you can go grocery shopping at Hong Phat next door.

Sad this place is so mediocre, it’s a five-minute walk from my bachelor pad. But it is mediocre. And, unlike some here, we had crappy service. Ordered two soups, both of which I’d had many times before in various Viet places around the country. These were by far the worst ever. Broth: no flavor. Noodles: incorrect(in my experience)…they were too large, and were way too soft, they had obviously been cooked well ahead and reheated. Or just overcooked. Can’t imagine I’ll return. YMMV. I’ll stick with the place across the street, Banh Mi Nam Loc. Better food, nicer folks.

I have to agree with the other reviewer, that the portions seem a little dinky for the price. I liked the food, however, and the server was really friendly. So nice to be greeted with a sincere smile. The place is super clean. I’ll come back.

I enjoy eating here a lot. The inside is newly remodeled and very clean and the owners are very nice and always comps a drink or two when we come. The food here is delicious as always and the chop sticks we ate with are very nice plastic ones and not the cheap wooden ones. Very classy for a casual little eating spot! Definitely coming back as always!

The crispy chicken and rice(steamed or sticky) is really tasty, and a pretty good deal. I’ve picked these up a few times for a quick weeknight meal. Looking forward to their menu expanding a bit. I would probably recommend this as a to-go place rather than a sit down establishment.

The portion is a bit small for the amount they charge.
