Look No Further RV’s

We bought a used 1993 Gulfstream Tourmaster diesel pusher. The keyword there is «USED». I have yet to see a used RV that doesn’t have any problems. With that said it is fair to assume this one was no different. The jacks didn’t work perfect, the furnace made funny sounds, the carpet was dirty, it was missing wipers and the batteries were toast… So why am I giving them 5 stars? Well cause I don’t expect perfection when I buy used and neither should any of the complainers below. I got an RV that originally sold for 200k for less then 14k. After a few expected repairs we enjoyed the best summer of our lifes. Driving all over Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, Idaho and Montana. It survived ocean, mountains, desert and even Burning Man. They fixed the batteries and wipers for us before we took it home. It’s our favorite toy and when we upgrade we will visit them first.

Got a Motor-​home from them a 1989 Mallard. told we had a 30 day warranty on all gas appliances in writing on a DMV disclosure form. The furnace wasn’t working properly on the final walk through. Our first trip the next day the furnace wouldn’t work. Called up the owners sister her name Trish, told us it would be taken care of and received no phone call back. Called a week later and asked again and she said her brother the owner Miles was out of town. still have not received a call. Called again and talked to another person and even offered to install the 75.00 part as long as they ordered it. Still have received no call back after calling them with the model number and info they needed to get me the part needed. Lesson learned to look further !!!

Great family owned business, really helpful in finding something in your price range.

We purchased an older RV from a «friend» of the owner but asked the owner to do the inspection. He also did a walk thru after the inspection and was thorough in his explanation. We have requested several times to have a copy of the inspection but have not received it yet. The frig was working but when we got it home, it no longer worked. Now we are paying to have the inside and outside control panels replaced. One of the switches that operates the left rear jack was broken off and we were told it wasa an easy fix. Nothing is an eaasy fix on a 20+ year old RV. Parts are discontinued and/​or obsolete.

Sooo pleased with this place!!! I bought an RV on craigslist, and being new to the RV game I got a little bit duped into thinking I was getting the deal… turns out I came across a bit of a lemon and needed to move out of my home in about 5 days. After finding more and more problems with it, I drove her down to Look No Further desperate to get it fixed or traded. These guys worked with my budget and allowed me to make some payments until I could get out of my house and make things right on their end. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service, the real human approach they gave me… I clearing wasn’t being screwed over, in fact I ended up getting a trade on a sweet ride. Very friendly and affordable family-​owned used RV and travel trailer dealership. If you have any special requests upon a purchase of your travel trailer or RV, they will get it handled for you! Their prices are very fair and their service is great for a small business with only a few employees. They don’t have a huge inventory but if you are on a budget they will work with you and also if you let them know what you are looking for and give them your contact information, they will find your ideal trailer or RV for you! I would highly recommend shopping here for your next RV!

Short story is we bought a trailer there. They said there was no leakage. We asked about the spongy ceiling and they said, that’s ok. It’s my first trailer so I trusted way too much. As it turned out, there was rot and delamination in the roof. The seller offered to seal it, but nothing as to the repairs.
The toilet sounded sloshy and they promised it was fine. I was too trusting again. I get it home and there is crap and water in it. Yes. They sold it like that.
It was missing a stabilizer jack, which they said they’d replace. They ordered the wrong one and I had to go back again to return it and get it right.
The lift system stopped working after 30 days and I hired someone to come fix it. That could be due to it being older, but he said it looked like it was not adjusted right from the beginning.
All in all, this purchase taught me some painful and expensive lessons on dealing with small dealers and trusting them. Don’t. Work with a major dealer and get a written warranty.
I tried to resolve the issue offering to sell it back at a loss to me, giving him a chance to make a upset customer a little less so, and never got a reply from him.
As a result, I sold it via private party, fully disclosing the issues. And, since then, I have steered several friends in the market away from this establishment.

Saw a ad on Craigslist went into see the trailer. The price on CL and what they were asking was $ 1,000 more. The sales guy thought we were lying. They ended up giving it to us for the price on CL. In the pictures it showed a flat screen TV above the fridge. When we viewed it there was only a wall mount. We asked he kinda beat around the bush. Looked just like the tv in there office. Hmmm We purchased the trailer and the wall mount was also gone when we picked it up. Hmm… Also was two batteries on the front when we picked up they took one off like we wouldn’t notice and said one didn’t work so they put «one» good one on. We ended up buying two new batteries because the one they said was good was garbage. Didn’t bother calling and fussing about it. It was a used trailer. We also had some financing issues I suggest getting your own financing before hand. We are happy with the trailer. I’d say typical 82^nd lot.

I had the best experience at this RV Lot. I had been everywhere and was feeling burned-​out, overwhelmed, inundated, frustrated and annoyed with RV searching and salespeople. I wish I would’ve started here, but then I guess I wouldn’t be able to pass this tip on to you and hopefully make your life easier. When I bought my RV I worked with the owner Miles and his son. They helped me get the RV with (almost) everything on my wish list and made buying enjoyable again. It is stressful forking over money for something you’ve never bought before! Anyway, they recently expanded it’s easy to see why they’re able to grow despite this crummy economy. Also, they were fair and worked with me on price to get me what I wanted. I will definitely go back when I upgrade!
